JUMP START ORIENTATIONS My First 5K:

L.I.F.T:

Ages 12+ | 60 Minutes M: $49 N: $99 This weekly one-hour class will teach teens proper technique in weight lifting. Various free weight exercises including squats, dead lifts, bench press and power cleans followed by flexibility are included.

60 Minutes | M: $99 N: $197 Never run before? Coming back to running after being on the couch? Join My First 5K! A slow and progressive program guided by a fellow running to get you able to run your first 5K. Train with Mark 2 times per week with additional homework to complete before the next session.

Lifting Instruction for Teens

Beginner Yoga Series:

60 Minutes | M: $49 N: $99 This beginner yoga series is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga or would like to create a solid foundation deepening their yoga practice. In this 7-week series, you will be introduced to the core yoga poses that make up a flow class. Each week we will breakdown a series of yoga poses focusing on breath, safe sequencing and alignment. In this series you will build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence to take any yoga flow class. Wed: 7:30pm

HIIT Treadmill Training:

60 Minutes | M: $49 N: $99 Work your fast-twitch muscle fibers and reap the benefits of the “after burn” effect in this fast paced, personal trainer lead treadmill class. Alternate between individually tailored challenging paces, varied inclines and steady state cardio for a perfect workout which allows your body to continue to burn calories after your workout is over. Mon: 8:30am Wed: 8:30am

Battle Rope Bootcamp:

45 Minutes | M: $49 N: $99 Battle rope training is quickly becoming known for its ability to provide low impact workouts paired with big results. If you’re recovering from an injury, are new to exercise, or are looking for a completely different style of training to shock your body back into getting results battle rope training is for you. Learn to push yourself in a small group setting while decreasing body fat, toning up, ramping your metabolism, and increasing strength and endurance while avoiding the pitfalls of traditional resistance. Tue: 5:30pm

Kettlebell Class:

45 Minutes | M: $49 N: $99 Get shredded with a whole body workout using Kettlebells. Work arms, shoulders, back, glutes, legs and core while developing stamina and flexibility.

Members receive 2 FREE sessions to learn how to use our fitness equipment. Visit our Welcome Center to make an appointment.

PERSONAL TRAINING Get the motivation, accountability and guidance you need for success! You can purchase packages of 3, 6 or 10 sessions; or if you are interested in long term training, pay weekly to fit into your budget. It is convenient, and long-term training becomes more affordable!

Individual Training:

-Work one-on-one with a trainer for 30 minutes or 60 minutes per session. -Excellent for members with injuries or limitations, or for individuals seeking an accelerated program. -Individual attention provides a custom plan to suit your needs and to help you reach your fitness goals.

Partner Training:

-Limited to 2 people. -Get the advantage of a trainer’s guidance with the added benefit of peer accountability when you work out with a friend. -Partner training sessions are a perfect fit for friends, workout buddies and couples that share similar health and fitness goals. CANCELLATION POLICY

A request of cancellation form must be filled out at the Welcome Center before the start of the 2nd class to be eligible for a refund or credit.
