Outdoor Adventure Club: Flag Football:

Basketball Skills & Drills:

45 minutes Participants will learn the rules and fundamentals of the game as well as good sportsmanship and teamwork! Mon: 10:00am - ages 3-5 Tue: 6:00pm - ages 6-10 Wed: 11:00am - ages 3-5 Thu: 5:00pm - ages 6-10

45 minutes; Ages 6-10 This class will teach the necessary skills needed to play football. Participants will engage in fun and exciting drills and games that will foster a love for football! Thu: 4:00pm Sat: 9:00pm

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Floor Hockey Sticks & Tricks:

45 minutes; Ages 6-10 Learn the basics and fundamentals of the game and practice your skills through shooting, passing, and technical drills as well as actual games. Tue: 4:00pm Fri: 4:00pm

Soccer Skills & Drills:

45 minutes Each clinic will include a group warm-up followed by skill-building and scrimmages. Mon: 11:00am - ages 3-5 Tue: 5:00pm - ages 6-10 Wed: 10:00am - ages 3-5 Thu: 6:00pm - ages 6-10

Mini All Stars:

45 minutes; Ages 3-5 This class will offer a new sport each week! Mon: 4:00pm Tue: 9:00am Wed: 5:00pm Thu: 9:00am

60 minutes; Ages 6-12 F: $60 M: $90 N: $120 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is ground based Martial art that emphasizes using self-defense techniques such as holds and locks to control and subdue an opponent. Participants will be taught the necessary discipline and respect before any submissions are taught. The principles of Jiu-Jitsu allow a person to use simple body mechanics, leverage, and momentum to control an opponent with efficiency and minimal effort. Jiu-Jitsu is great for anyone seeking improved fitness goals, selfdefense, competition, or just a way to stay active and healthy! Wed: 5:30pm

45 minutes; Ages 4-10 Children will take to the outdoors as they hike, climb and explore! They will learn about local animal and plant life as they explore the property. Sat: 12:00pm

Archery:

45 minutes Children will learn the basics of archery including how to play properly and safely use a bow and arrow at our archery range! Sat: 10:00am - ages 4-7 Sat: 11:00am - ages 7-12

Messy Play:

45 minutes; Ages 2-6 Introduce your child to the joy of messy hands through painting, watercolors, chalk, goop, glitter, and glue. Wed: 9:00am Fri: 10:00am

Pint Sized Painters:

45 minutes; Ages 2-5 Children will receive various supplies to allow for creative thinking and inspire their artistic skills. Mon: 9:00am

Hip Hop:

60 minutes; Ages 6-10 Learn isolations, popping and free-style movements with age appropriate music and fun, athletic dance steps! Mon: 5:30pm

Teen Weight Training:

60 minutes - ages 13-17 An introduction to weight training for teens. Learn to lift weights safely and effectively. Tue: 4:30pm

Lift Heavy, Look Lean:

60 minutes F: $140 M: $180 N: $265 Class that will teach strategies for getting cut and lean using free weights, barbells and bodyweight exercises. Includes 2 workouts per week with a certified personal trainer, before and after pictures and 2 body composition measurements at the start and the end of the session (a $50 value). Tue: 6:30pm / Sat:10:00am Wed/Fri: 6:30pm

21- Day Nutrition Reset:

The YMCA of Metro North is excited to announce the first annual YMCA of Metro North Half Marathon, the only half marathon in Peabody. The race will start at Lt. Ross Park (Cy Tenney) and proceed north on the Independence Parkway into West Peabody, winding through local neighborhoods before ultimately finishing back at Lt. Ross Park.
