» Preschool Swim Lessons 30 minute classes Ages 3-5 years old STAGE 1 WATER ACCLIMATION Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit the pool. » Teen & Adult Swim Lessons 45 minute classes Ages 12+ TEEN/ADULT BEGIN TO SWIM This class is for adults who have a fear of the water, don’t feel at ease in the water or who have never participated in swimming lessons. Tue 6:05 pm The 6:05 pm TEEN/ADULT ADVANCED SWIM This is a class for adults who are comfortable in the water and would like to work on stroke development and endurance. Thu 6:55 pm Thu 6:55 pm

» Teen/Adult Swim for Fitness Program A Masters Swimming style, physical conditioning program for those who are training for an event or just to swim for fitness. For serious swimmers, triathletes, or anyone who is looking for a coached workout, this is for you! This program will cover; stroke development, and swimming conditioning workouts, lead by an instructor with competitive swimming and coaching experience. This program will run in an 8 week session along with the programming cycle. Please note, the participant shall be comfortable swimming at least two lengths of the pool without stopping, this is a program structured for intermediate to advanced swimmers. Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30-7:30am Member: $150.00 Community Rate: $300.00

PRE-SCHOOL SOCCER Ages 3-6 This class will teach pre-schoolers the fundamentals of Soccer. Through fun activities and basic skills and drills your child will learn as well as build confidence and understand teamwork. Thu 5:00 - 6:00 pm F $31 Y $48 C $61 *Price will increase $10 once class begins

JR. CELTICS YOUTH DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE Ages 6-12 Learn basic skills and drills as well as an understanding of the sport and its rules. Wed 5:00 - 6:00 pm F $84 Y $126 C $168 *Price will increase $10 once class begins

» FAMILY PROGRAMS BIRTHDAY PARTIES Come out and celebrate your special day with us! We have a variety of Birthday Party options at the Charlestown YMCA. » TEEN PROGRAMS LEADER’S CLUB You can meet many of tomorrow’s leaders today at the YMCA Leaders Club, a leadership incubation program that gives teens the opportunity to learn to become more effective in their interactions with others. Teens improve their individual leadership and social skills while also experiencing new ways to give back and grow as human beings. Teens meet on a weekly basis in small groups to develop and implement projects aimed at providing valuable service to their local community. » HEALTHY LIVING YMCA’S DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM Info session on January 28th at 5:30pm The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program helps overweight adults at risk for type 2 diabetes reduce their risk for developing the disease by taking steps that will improve their overall health and well-being. A YMCA MEMBERSHIP IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM! How it works: • This is a 12-month program consisting of 16 weekly core sessions, followed by 3 biweekly sessions, and then 6 monthly sessions that is led by a trained lifestyle coach who facilitates a small group of people with similar goals. • Discuss topics such as healthy eating, increasing physical activity, reducing stress, problem solving, and much more • Stay motivated to maintain progress towards program goals with monthly maintenance sessions.
