Ying Wah Travel is a travel agent based in the United Kingdom specialising in long haul destinations in Asia and the Far East.

Ying Wah Travel was established in 2001 with one aim in mind, which is to make travelling a lot more convenient for the traveller whether this be going back home to visit family, leisure or business purposes.

Customers First: The experienced, dedicated and friendly UK customer services team together with the back-up of the call centre based in China are striving to serve the customers. They are passionate about what they do and make sure all their customers have a great experience when booking with them. They offer them competitive prices, generous baggage allowance and ensure all their customers are well looked after when the need arises.

Marketing & Design: Ying Wah Travel has its in-house marketing and design team where they create our own advertising materials for online (social media accounts) and offline advertising.

Some of these are Ying Wah Travel News (their own monthly magazine), Wing Yip Oriental Magazine (back cover), and two nationwide Chinese newspapers advertising in the UK.

Offices: Ying Wah Travel has 10 experienced staff in the UK office and 5 call centre staff in China serving our customers.

They are working hard to constantly better their services with a vibrant and ever growing team.

The new Birmingham branch located in Chinatown opened on the 23rd of May, 2019.

Ying Wah Travel has significantly expanded its services over the years, specialising in most of the destinations in Asia and the Far East with a turnover almost ÂŁ10 million last year.

Manchester office is decorated and ready to operate in the next 4-6 weeks at the latest, where we will employ 2 more staff. In the mid-long term, they are also considering to open an office in London China Town.
