Contextualization: B2 level English students, INVIL virtual scenario
Rationale: construction of interactive units for the good teaching of existing social communication media and their use
Organization of the Didactic Unit: this didactic unit consisted of 3 sessions divided into: Social networks and their impact on society, the influence of the media and privacy in the media
General objective
The overall goal of teaching media is to develop students critical skills to analyze, evaluate, and use different media and communication technologies responsibly and effectively in their personal and professional lives.
Specific objectives
1. Promote media literacy to help students understand the messages they receive through social media and develop critical skills to assess their accuracy, credibility, and relevance.
2. Teach students to use social media responsibly and safely, promoting the creation of a positive digital culture that values privacy and respect for others.
3. Help students develop effective communication skills on social media, including the ability to express themselves clearly and coherently, as well as to listen and respond to others in a constructive and

What will be done in this didactic unit with links and annexes is to promulgate your English skills and how to know how to handle social networks and social media, with which you will find videos with some explanations, interactive reading and writing materials, exercises in H5P for a better structure, recreational exercises in wordfall , use of texts, Educaplay , etc.

Lesson number one: Social networks and their impact on society

It will be a 10 minute exercise
