This project analyzed the best practices and strategies for Chanel building market share in the global marketplace, developed a comprehensive distribution plan for expanding a retail brand on a global scale, selected appropriate distribution models and outlets when developing their strategic business plan and articulate how retailers engage customers with practices that involve pricing, assortment planning and store management.
what’s more, in order to develop strategies for global distribution, this project applyed current trends and technologies and strategic decisions including investments in locations, supply chain, information systems and marketing.
