e recently developed areas have a gridal development. Mass-void ratio is higher than the other areas. Main and secondary road nets facilitate public services. e public spaces are more readable.
3.CLOSE DISTRICTS TO FLOATING AREA-OLD
e area is an agriculture area. Buildings are placed accourding to land owners. e main development strategy is access to service. at is why aer settlement roads are done to reach those buildings.
