MULADHARA Root
Muladhara (literally, “root support” ) is located at the base of the spine and is connected to the earth element. Muladhara governs what are considered the four primal urges: food, sleep, sex and self-preservation. Its energetic function is to help us maintain a sense of groundedness and inner stability.

PLANNING YOUR SPA & SALON JOURNEY
The Spa strives to create a memorable, effective and personalized experience. The following guidelines will assist you in planning an unforgettable day. Let us know how we can help make your visit flawless. Please contact the Spa directly for a custom experience for you or your group.
Arrival
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your first treatment to complete a brief health waiver and prepare yourself before your therapist greets you. This will help to let go of distractions before your treatment. To provide the best possible experience, all services will end at the designated time to avoid inconveniencing the next Member. The full treatment price will apply.
Spend the Day
Arrive early, stay late and enjoy full use of our spa amenities, including womens and mens experiential showers, steam, sauna, a co-ed whirlpool and relaxation lounges.
Privacy
The Spa is a tranquil place where Members and Guests can relax, restore and recharge. To honor the privacy of all Guests, please speak quietly while in the spa and take a break from your devices.
Spa Etiquette
Consuming alcohol beverages prior to a treatment is not advised, as the effects of alcohol may be intensified. If we feel that providing a service may endanger your health or safety, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Music
Each unique treatment room features a smart phone connection. Bring your pre-loaded smartphone or choose from our YC Spa playlists to enhance your experience.
Gratuity
A 22% Service Charge will be added to your treatments upon check-in, leaving you to relax and enjoy your day without having to check out.
Cancellation and Change Policy
We kindly request that any service cancellations or changes be received 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full amount.

• Members may use the indoor spa facilities (sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, showers, quiet room) from 10:00am - 7:00pm.
• Guests may use the spa facilities when they have scheduled a 60-minute service or longer on the day of their treatment.
• We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to ensure you receive your full service. Failure to do so will result in a shortened treatment.
• Spa Members and Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive a facial or massage service. Salon services are available for all ages.
• Please share your special requests and we will do our very best to accommodate them.
• If you have health concerns, let us know when reserving your treatment so that we can tailor your spa experience expressly for you.
• Cell phones and personal electronics are not allowed in the spa, salon or fitness center at any time.
• Please note the 24-hour change/cancellation policy MUST be done via email.

SVADHISHTHANA Sacrum
Svadhisthana (literally, “her own abode”) is located in the pelvis and is associated with the water element: fluidity, adaptability, creativity, emotions, sexual energy and the unconscious.
