The YC Concierge Team is here to assist you and your guests with your upcoming summer visits. Our goal is to provide exceptional service in planning and organizing your trip to Yellowstone Club. Whether it be airport transportation, rental car needs, dining opportunities or events, we are here to help. We are also happy to assist you with guest registration and on-property resources. Additionally, we can connect you with other departments such as the Spa, Outdoor Pursuits and Residential Services to meet your various needs. We are excited to speak with you soon.

GUEST REGISTRATION & POLICIES

• Guests must be registered 24 hours in advance.

• No Unaccompanied Guest use of Club.

• Limit of 10 Accompanied Guests per day per Membership.

• Each Guest may have 8 Guest Days per season across Memberships.

• Members may select two Guests to have up to 16 Guest Days per season, per Membership.

• No more than 140 total Accompanied Guest Days per season, per Membership of Club use. House Guests are allowed, but must follow same registration rules as Members and Accompanied Guests, but may not use any Club Amenities.

Based upon availability and reservations. Price dependent on distance. Please contact YC Concierge to make all airport shuttle arrangements. Late night shuttle requests subject to After Hours Fees. No Show and Cancellations subject to fee of one-way cost of the shuttle.

EARLY & AFTER HOURS FEES

7:00am - 8:00am | 60.00/hour

10:00pm - Midnight | 60.00/hour Midnight - 7:00am | 100.00/hour

After hours fees do not apply to open YC outlets. After hours fees will apply to any off-property shuttles and shuttles from residences.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE PARKING SERVICES

By reservation only. 200.00 per Valet for a minimum of four hours. 60.00/hour for each additional hour after four hours.
