RULES & REGULATIONS
Guest Privileges
Guest privileges may be extended to Guests of Members subject to applicable Guest fees, charges, rules, regulations and policies established by the Club from time to time. Our Guest privileges are designed to be accommodating so Members have the desired utility of their home, while preserving the experience for all of our Members as the Club grows. Although it is the intention of the Club to accommodate Guests without inconvenience to the Members, the Club reserves the right from time to time to limit the number of Guests that are sponsored by a Member on any given day due to Club occupancy.
A Guest is defined as anyone outside of a Member’s “Vertical Family.” A Member’s “Vertical Family” is defined as a Member’s spouse or significant other (provided such significant other permanently resides with the Member and is approved by the Club), their children, grandchildren, parents and the spouses or significant others of such Member’s children, grandchildren and parents. If any Member in the “Vertical Family” does not appropriately register their Guest(s) and/or allows their Guest(s) to use their Member vehicle gate pass, everyone in the “Vertical Family” may have their Membership privileges suspended or terminated by the Club.
