The Residential Services Team works to create a seamless and memorable lodging experience in Montana. Our Experience Coordinators provide on-site support, working with property management, shopping and housekeeping to prepare your home for arrival. Residences are stocked with pre-requested food items and a collection of seasonal amenities, and are restocked and refreshed during daily services.

Property Management

Our seasoned property management team will provide holistic preventative maintenance services, ensuring ease of ownership and protection of your real estate investment at Yellowstone Club. Property management services provided include pre- and post-visit inspections, weekly maintenance as well as on-call and emergency services availability.

Housekeeping

The Yellowstone Club housekeeping team will ensure your home meets the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation before, during and after your stay. Standard services include pre-arrival cleans, linen changes and general tidying during your stay, as well as departure cleaning. Routine services are available on a weekly or monthly basis, as well as annual deep cleans.

Lodging

Yellowstone Club offers various on-property private residences for rent. Each home is a reflection of the individual homeowners’ tastes, set in the surroundings of beautiful Yellowstone Club. Spread across the property, there are a variety of homes to match each family’s preference for ease of access to the Base Area or to provide a feeling of tranquility and seclusion. The YC Rental Program has recently launched a new and improved website (https://rentals. yellowstoneclub.com), making it easier to explore the YC Rental Program Portfolio and reserve your home away from home. Please note, all YC Rental Homes are individually owned, therefore the Lodging Team is required to inquire and receive approval from the homeowners prior to moving forward with any reservations.
