ANNOUNCEMENT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & BOARD OF DIRECTOR POSITIONS The Annual General Meeting (AGM) this year will be held on Sunday, April 22nd at 2:00 pm. As part of the AGM elections are held to fill positions of the Club officers. Open positions for 2018 are: Position Director Length of Term Until AGM 2020 Open Positions Elect up to five Directors Nomination forms are available at the Concierge as of March 1st, 2018 and should be submitted to the Concierge or Honorary Secretary no later than March 23, 2018. To Put Your Name Forward for Nomination for Board of Director: You must be a Full Member and be proposed and seconded by Full Members of the Club, both of whom have been members for more than one year.
