Forging Deals for Sale of Palestinian Land in Jerusalem
The Hebrew newspaper “Haaretz” revealed that Israelis real estate brokers took the initiative to falsify transactions for private Palestinian ownership Real Estate of the land by whichland was ssold to religious settlers of “ultra-orthodox” in the settlement of “Givat Ze’ev” in the northwest of Jerusalem. The newspaper quoted sources described as professionalism that works with “civil administration” of the occupation army, saying that in recent years, real estate brokers took advantage of the demand for in the settlement of “Givat Ze’ev” in order to make money at the expense of Palestinian land ownership. Under these fraudulent transactions, rights are sold for an apartment to the settlers “-Orthodox” in exchange for an amount ranging between 100-150 thousand shekels, despite the fact that these rights are unregistered as land in the (Real Estate) and that deals for buying were rigged by fraudsters. It is noteworthy that the settlement of “Givat Ze’ev” was established in 1983 by a decision of the Israeli government, after prosecutors of purchasing the land from the Palestinians.
