Yasna tari is an inventive, creative, and self-motivated architect with 3+ years of experience working with various architectural firms in the Middle East. She holds a master’s degree in architectural design from Islamic Azad University in Iran and is currently a full-time architect at Reportage Properties in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In her two years with Reportage Properties, Yasna has had the opportunity to collaborate on a diverse range of large-scale architectural projects, helping her develop a broad set of skills. Additionally, she has worked on several local interior design projects in the UAE, which have been significant milestones in her career.

Yasna’s extensive experience in architectural and interior design projects has given her in-depth knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s design standards. Her work as an interior designer on luxury projects has also provided her with a solid understanding of the UAE market.

Taormina Village is a luxurious townhouse community in Al Barari, Dubai, featuring 838 townhouses and standalone villas. With seven different unit types, this project includes the challenge of designing 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses within minimal width constraints. Through innovative planning and the concept of twin townhouses, we aim to maximize the number of units in the master plan.

The Iran Pavilion is a master’s degree project focused on designing a pavilion for the next expo exhibition. The concept draws inspiration from the map of Iran, with each area representing a different city to showcase the country’s diverse cultures and traditions. Given Iran’s vastness, the aim is to present this cultural richness on a small scale. The building’s massing is inspired by traditional Iranian architectural symbols, particularly the arch. The rectangular mass is cut with various types of arches. Color, another key element of Iranian art, is incorporated through a combination of vibrant tile art and modern, soft hues.

Nikvar House is an interior renovation project located in Aseman Residence, Tabriz. The project was for my university professor’s company, where I worked as an intern before graduating.

It involved combining two old units into one large, spacious unit based on the client’s request. I handled all aspects of the design and technical drawings, opting for a monochromatic color palette to suit the client’s personal taste.

The shell’s design draws inspiration from the texture and shape of butterfly wings, while its form is influenced by the fluid movement of a snake. The shell incorporates void areas to create dynamic sun shades on the ground, producing an attractive texture that welcomes and captivates visitors.
