This building is a place specifically for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of urban areas with achievements close to urban issues. As a result, this building is a good solution for the City of South Jakarta.

The facilities in this building are Spa, Massage, Reflexology, Salon, Yoga and Beauty Treatments.

Theme & Concept This theme and concept came from aspects of the building, the architecture ideas arose with the application of Biophilic, aims to maximize the function of the Mind and Body Relaxing Center. This can have a very significant impact on the mentality of the occupantsthe building. Hence the concept of this building is Spatial Tranqulity.

Mass composition begins with a form based on the results of the site analysis response along with the space program that has been placed in the position it should have been placed.

Development of a concept theme providing a garden that is integrated with the building, then in the middle of the mass it will be removed and made into an internal garden

BIOMIMICRY

The theme and concept require this building to have natural forms, therefore, each side of the building is cut and shaped like a curve.

4. STACK

In this mass composition, mass stacks are carried out according to the needs of the space program for each floor.

Production House SITE ANALYSIS

The sense of the production house is to make the tourist is more interactive and experiencing to the steps of making from raw materials (cacao) to the goods (chocolate).

The goods can be personalized by the tourists who visit the production house. The first process of the goods, which is roasting to press and extract cacao can be seen but not interacted with. Therefore, the tourist has their own path/way to see the process. Until the climax of the production house is a mass with a function of personalizing the chocolate.

The tourist can be interactive more in that area. The last one mass is the retail for shopping for other goods, other than chocolate. In that mass there is a viewing deck, because of that mass has the highest countour from other. The other side, there is a service mass for support building, and it is connected with the production house through the basement.

1. POTENTIAL VIEW The contour of the site has the highest point on the top side and it makes that point has the best view.

3. VISITOR FLOW Visitor flow follow the contour

2. ORIENTATION the mass follow the axis of the site

4. WIND FLOW placing the mass wide side facing the sea breeze to break the wind

2. PULL TO THE FRONT Pull the site until the site is full of the mass. Cut out the mass for the service area.

3. PULL UPWARD The whole mass splits into several pieces, adjusting to their each function.

5. MASS CIRCULATION The circulation of the site is step by step from the production house 1 until 3

MASS FUNCTION

Floorplan

Sense of Sequence is have a sense in steps of process. and have a sense in journey from beginning to the end. In sense of process of the making, The visitors can also sense of the balinese subak (water), voids, various spaces through every steps.

Making every steps has a different experience to the visitors, same as the process that can be different in every steps until finish. First, balinese subak will be applied to the site as a main concept of the whole site. Second, the void spaces created as a response from hot climate, make it good for the air circulation to the mass. Also, this voids reinterpreted from Aling-Aling in Bali. Third, every spaces is well made from the difference of the landscapes, also from the difference function of each mass, but well connected. This concept creates something that can be enjoyable to

Minimalist Compact House

Issue The Millenials Generation choose a place to live which can be multifunctional, also have a security, comfort, economical, minimalist, facilities that can provide anything for the needs of The Millenials, and lastly, have a strategic location However, a startegic location have limited space. In that way, the solution is build a Compact House with a Minimalist style.

Description The term Compact House is one of several terms to describe homes that were designed to be small or compact. This is often for purposes of efficiency or to be environmentally friendly.

Minimalist design is about prioritizing the essential. A minimalist building, object, or interior design is stripped to its core function, realized using limited materials, neutral colors, simple forms, and avoiding excess ornamentation to achieve a pure form of elegance.

This building has a special floor function for campus administration, namely on 4th-5th Floors To be more specific, the 4th Floor of the Dex Campus is designated as a student tutoring and discussion area

Tropical Industry Coworking Space Description

Ruang Eatery is a cafe and coworking space, This place provide drinks, food, and spaces for events.

Issue Due to strategic location, it is located on the main road, and this place is crowded with visitors but the interior of the building has many weaknesses and need to be redesign.

The Ruang Eatery is a cafe and coworking space with a tropicalindustrial as their theme concept for the interior. Tropical-Industrial is also defined as partially exposed architecture materials such as concrete, brick, etc. Plus with the touch of the plants, it makes the whole concept is complete. Therefore we make sure that this 2nd floor has the same concept and theme as the whole concept of the cafe itself.
