Architecture serves as a profound connection for me with the built environment. I possess a mindful approach to creative thinking, fueled by a hunger for knowledge and a positive mindset. My enthusiasm lies in exploring and understanding the intricate relationship between design and the world around us.

Chilekotha is a roof top restaurant at Katiadi, Kishorgang. The area is a sub-urban area with traditional Bangladeshi culture and life style, where this type of roof top restaurants are new to the place and people. Being an experimental start-up the major concern of the client was to built something different and has to be inexpensive. From that concept we hunted locally available materials, the columns are a type of thick bamboo from a local bamboo forest. And other prime materials are wood, CI sheet and local burned brick. Tables are also were built with bamboo and wood. The initial design was Co-created, in-site with the client and a team of local wood workers. The idea was to make something that belongs to the place at the same time stand apart being unusual which people of the area has never seen. The project was completed with a team of local workers by my administration.

There is a developing residential area in Ashulia. With the construction of contemporary housing complexes, commercial hubs, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities, the city has seen fast urbanization in recent years. Ashulia’s industrial sector employs many individuals who opt to reside in the surrounding districts, which has led to an expanding population and a thriving neighbourhood.
This project is also designed to cater the need of the thriving population, where the major focus is the people who are going to live there. The housing complex is designed to focus on the economy, culture, and social characteristics of the dwellers. Community development is a major concern for this housing project. Climatic factors are also considered while designing the project. The housing units are divided into different sizes and zones according to the need to maintain a balanced and communal living.

Industrialization is often celebrated as a hallmark of prosperity and job creation. In Bangladesh, industries provide employment for a substantial number of people, attracting job seekers from various regions to specially designated industrial zones. Over time, these areas have organically developed into industrial towns.
However, despite the availability of job opportunities, the minimum wage for workers remains very low. As a result, many end up living in slums and informal settlements surrounding the industrial zones throughout Bangladesh. This type of housing can be observed almost near every EPZ ( Export processing zone). This study aims to thoroughly understand the living conditions of these workers and examine their households.
