WELCOME TO THE JH AIR PROGRAM.
JH AIR (AIR.IMPROVEMENT.RESOURCES .) works to maintain its essential capability to carr y out the established mission “to provide adequate and sustainable Jackson Hole airline ser vice at a cost that delivers an acceptable ROI to our Teton County communities.”
JH AIR has leveraged its MRG program to strategically and positively impact total year-round airline ser vice to Jackson Hole. These benefits have extended into the spring and fall seasons.
JH AIR created a cohesive community approach to air ser vice that works exceptionally well. Our business partners are accustomed to working together to accomplish their goals to the benefit of ever yone in our community.

By donating to the JH AIR tiers listed to the right, discounts are available to Merchant Owners and their Employees on JH AIR Local Season Passes to the Tri-Area Resorts. These resorts include: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Snow King Mountain Resort and Grand Targhee Resort. Merchants may also choose to receive any combo of shareable JH AIR Local Tri-Area Resort Passes and/or Vouchers. Pass or Voucher quantity is based on donation level. Vouchers may only be used for current employees.
EMPLOYEE SEASON PASS DISCOUNTS
Merchants must purchase passes for employees for the 2025-26 season. pass fulfillment. Additionally, JH AIR reser ves the right to audit throughout the season to ensure that employee lists are up to date and accurate.

Season Pass discounts and purchase access will open SEPTEMBER 1, 2025 , and continue throughout the winter season. If you need to contact a resort directly, please use the following contacts:

If the Merchant purchases the pass, the Merchant may transfer the pass based on employee transition, upon receipt of the origional season pass.
Payment must be made in full before the pass is issued.
According to each Tri-Area Resort’s Policies, businesses will be responsible for any misuse.
Spouse and dependents of employees are not eligible.

TRI-AREA PASSES
By donating to the JH AIR tiers listed below, the Merchant will receive JH AIR Local Tri-Area passes that may be used by any Owner/Employee for a full day of lift access at any of the Tri-Area Resorts.
The Merchant Owner or designated HR Representative must provide an updated list of Owners/Employees by uploading them to merchant-jhair.com. If Merchant does keep the list updated on the merchant-jhair.com site, employee will be denied access at the ticket office.
The JH AIR Coordinator will issue JH AIR Local Employee Tri-Area Passes, which will be available for pick up upon JH AIR receiving the employer’s signed Subscription Agreement found on page 15. *Tri-Area pass and Red Vouchers Blackout Dates: 12/26/25 – 12/31/25 | 1/17/26 – 1/18/26 2/14/26

USER NOTES
The Owner/HR Representative will maintain updated lists for JHMR, Snow King and Grand Targhee and make them available at all three resorts by uploading to merchant-jhair.com.
Owner/Employee must present photo ID and must be on the authorized list. Note: We are not able to upload this information for you; employees will have to pay for non-refundable ticket if they do not show on the Database.
Spouses and Dependents of Employees are not eligible.
JH AIR Local Tri-Area Passes must be presented for use and designated ticketing location each day before it is used.
Employee must be currently employed by the Merchant and working at least 15 hours per week to use the pass. Proof of employment i.e. a pay stub, or pay statement, will be required to pick up pass.
Issued JH AIR day passes are not transferable. Lost passes are $40 to re-issue. JH AIR Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not for resale.
If the JH AIR Local Tri-Area pass is misused, the Merchant will reimburse JHMR, GTR or Snow King the window single-day rate in effect. Please see jacksonholeair.org for the Tri-Area Misuse Policy.
JACKSON HOLE MOUNTAIN RESORT SPECIAL DETAILS:
The JH AIR Tri-Area pass may be loaded at the ticket o ce and on existing media for Owner/Employee convenience. Grand Pass holders and full seasons JH AIR Local Pass holders are not eligible to load JH AIR Local Employee Tri-Area Passes. Bypass Pass holders should leave their pictured pass at home if they intend to load a JH AIR Local Pass so that both passes do not get scanned. JHMR reserves the right to inspect the Employee’s pictured ID throughout the day if misuse is detected.
GRAND TARGHEE SPECIAL DETAILS:
JH Air passes and vouchers can be loaded at the Activity Center or Ticket Window at Grand Targhee. Please bring a photo ID to confirm identity, along with proof of employment. You will be required to purchase a Targhee card for $5 to access the lifts; if you already have a Targhee card please ensure you bring it to be reloaded and avoid the $5 fee. Before visiting Grand Targhee employees should confirm with their employer that they are already in the JH Air database to avoid paying for a lift ticket; If an employee is not in the database, we will not honor any JH AIR pass or voucher. If we suspect any misuse of passes or vouchers, we reserve the right to verify ID and suspend the use of the pass or voucher.
SNOW KING SPECIAL DETAILS:
JH AIR Local Employee Tri-Area passes can be taken to any ticket window and participants will be issued a day JH AIR pass after verification from the authorized list and presentation of a photo ID.
