go!!). Serves us right for blinking twice. “They say “time flies when you’re having fun – well what a fun filled year we must have had!!
Two Rivers Mission
The last issue of The Eagle each year enables us to reflect and remember the last twelve months and look forward to the next chapter in Yarnscombe.
Village Hall
We’ve had at least ten new residents in the village during the last twelve months or so with more likely during 2019. We hope you are settling well into life in Yarnscombe.
If you’d like to help the VH & SC Committee with feedback on the “draft website, please email victoryhall.yarnscombe@gmail.com. If you have any photos or historic information about the Hall, please send them through.
We have waved “bye bye to Steph & Stephen Jubb (with William and Daphne) of Rose Acre and will be waving “bye bye to Mike & Steph Reed (with Edward, William & Holly) of Meadow Villas together with Pauline Winfield early in the New Year.
Parishoners may like to know that the Two Rivers Mission Community website has been updated www.tworiversmissioncommunity.org
The new website for the Village Hall is progressing well and it is hoped that it will “go live early in the New Year.

Deadline for articles
In addition to the various social media platforms being used for the benefit of the village, it’s worth remembering that there are those good ol’ websites that have information relevant to us all in Yarnscombe.
To avoid disappointment, please don’t forget the deadline for submission of any articles for The Eagle is the 20th of each month. Anything submitted after this date can’t be included in The Eagle.
