Multifunctional community space

The goal is to create a flexible space that can be used for art exhibitions, concerts, meetings, workshops in art, dancing, and performances. The front building will have offices, while the back building will have flexible space.

A public restaurant will be located on the second floor. Before and after the exhibitions people can go there.

Apartments

In the housing project, different kinds of people will have access to safe and comfortable environments. I would like students to have their own space and to be surrounded by families who make them feel at home.

School

This school design aims to create a modern, digital school that encourages physical activity while being accessible to children of all abilities, including those with disabilities.

As part of my design, I included large windows that made the children feel connected to the outdoors and nature.

Residential MasterPlan

My design concept for the residential masterplan considered various factors including the site’s topography, natural environment, transportation, and community needs.

Here are some key design concepts that I worked on in the residential masterplan: Site Analysis, Community Needs Assessment, Housing Diversity, Connectivity, Open Space and Sustainability.

By incorporating these, I created a vibrant and sustainable community that meets the needs of its residents while also respecting the natural environment.
