This project involved the renovation of a luxury car showroom, with a focus on redefining the spatial experience to match the brand’s prestige and modern identity. The design aimed to create a sophisticated, minimal, and customer-focused environment, where both cars and clients feel elevated.

As part of the renovation, a new circulation layout was introduced, including a clearly defined main entrance and vehicle exit to improve flow and customer orientation.
Additionally, a dedicated car delivery room was added to enhance the premium handover experience for clients receiving their vehicles.

The design plays with solid geometric forms and voids to create contrast between mass and openness. Carefully arranged courtyards and vertical cut-outs soften the solidity of the structure, bringing in natural light and creating visual relief throughout the house.

PROJECT TO PROMOTE CULTURAL TOURISM
LOCATION : N
"Pak Phanang" derives its name from the "Phanang River" that flows through Nakhon Si Thammarat province and empties.
"PaDue to the rapid changes brought about by constant external factors, the area has been abandoned, leading to a decline in the local population over the past several years. Various components, including economic and occupational conditions, contribute to the challenges faced by the community. The area is grappling with unemployment issues, and traditional fishing occupations have become less common in the region.
The project will be divided into sub-projects because the small community areas have many abandoned areas. Therefore, the project must be distributed in each area to address the issues of deteriorated areas and develop them for maximum benefit.
Visitors who come to learn about the history and culture will get involved with the community and experience the way of life. This initiative aims to promote cultural tourism, enabling communities to generate more income and revitalize the Pak Phanang waterfront community.

A hundred-year-old building in Sino-Portuguese art that has been abandoned is being transformed into a swallow house becoming a hub for community tourism connections
Pulling out the identity of the original building is achieved through the reflection of the space from the inside out
Observing the changes in the space can be done through the window frames and the alternating inner gal ery

The swallow towers were built a lot along the Pak Phanang waterfront in the past 20 years have been abandoned and left unattended, causing the riverside to deteriorate without users. Modifications to the Swallow Building in another dimension aim for the residents to perceive the new area of use and gain better access to the waterfront area

Ana yze the original bui ding and the context around the site
Split the building into 2 parts to keep the building clear. And well ventilated
Building a wa kway connecting the two buildings based on the height of neighboring buildings.
Increased green spaces in both the vertical garden and the center of the building to create a new perception of residents towards abandoned buildings

The relationship between nature and craftsmanship lies in the ship's balance and why do ships have balance in the ocean? Leading to finding answers to problems.
A former shipbui der used his expertise to assemb e boats based on his understanding of nature
Therefore the ship s structure has been adapted to suit its use
Thus, it was an experiment to find the balance of boats born from understanding shipbui ders’ nature through the factors affecting fishermen s navigation

A pavilion that attracts tourists and conveys the craftsmanship of villagers through new areas
The central hall with rotating exhibitions shows the moment of the waves caused by the ship s turn
View set at the top of the project and the area broadcasting the boatbuilding activities of the villagers below
