A mixed use 3-storey building, with underground parking, main floor destined for stores and the remaining floors designed for residential units. Different types of exterior finishes, like stucco and stone veneer are features of this building that make it blend in harmony with the neighbourhood.

Summer 2017 Architectural Technology & Studio 2 Contribuitors: Arcia, Yanetsi & Bezerra, Lia.

A house with private and relaxing spaces suitable to the client's needs and expectations. The intent was to make this house stand out in the neighbourhood giving the facade a look inspired by modern architecture style. This is a flat roof house with an imposing balcony on the front, providing the master bedroom with a magnificent view.

Aiming to meet present day needs for infrastructure without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. A space designed for the community but also to provide the students of Hillcrest Community School with a learning environment where they can interact with the diverse ecosystems that nature has to offer. Located at 750 Davenport Road in Toronto, ON, this building incorporates smoothly in the area.

As spacious warehouse made out of a steel frame structure and a three different types of curtain walls; precast concrete panels, insulated metal stud with prefinished metal siding and glazed curtain wall in prefinished aluminum frame.
