About FounderDirector

Shri. Avinash Dharmadhikari (IAS, 1986)

• Before IAS, full-time voluntary activist • Joined IAS in 1986 • Held various positions including Deputy Secretary to the Chief Minister, Maharashtra.

• Initiated many experiments in responsive administration • Resigned from the IAS on March 1, 1996.

• Working as founder-director of Chanakya Mandal Pariwar since 1996.

• Organised mass movement for clean and efficient governance.

• 2001: Worked as Director General, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan under Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs, Govt. of India.
