HAMAIL. GENESIS AND THE SYMBOLISM TRIANGULAR FORM
RESUME The origin and development of the triangular form of the Hamail mascot is explored in the article. This talisman is common among different peoples from Anatolia to Eastern Turkestan. Talisman Hamail is called in different ways among these peoples. These names sound like: Tumar, Nazarlik, Muska, Hurz, Hamaia, Hafiz, Rukya, Maaza. The earliest images of the protective triangular symbol occur on ceramics of the Bronze Age. Here, this symbol has two options. The first option: a symbol of fertility, the second option: a protective talisman. In the Scythian era (1st millennium BC), this symbol is present in the so-called "noisy" pendants. He is still a protective talisman, turned into jewelry. In the Hunnic era (early Middle Ages), a triangular protective motif is also found in women's ornaments. At Scythians, Huns and other Turkic tribes of Eurasia, the triangular scapula bones of animals becomes a means of fortune telling and magical rites. The triangular shape of the scapula is associated with the protective power of the
