Thane Real Estate Will Benefit From Mumbai Metro Line 4 The proposed metro route between Mumbai and the neighbouring city of Thane is intended to improve communication and spur the growth of neighbourhood areas in the latter location, which will benefit the residential housing market. The State government announced the construction of Line 4 of the Mumbai metro to connect the city with neighbouring Thane as part of the MMR's metro route expansion. The 32 km metro line between Wadala, Ghatkopar, Teen Hatha Naka, and Kasarvadavali is expected to cost $14,600 crore. 32 stations will be located along the track, which is scheduled to be finished by 2022, according to press reports. Real estate veterans are confident that this project will improve Thane's infrastructure and connectivity. The route will also be extended by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) from Kasarvadavali to Gaimukh Gaon. The residential and rental markets in Thane are anticipated to benefit from this service.
