2022-2023 Concert Season
Robert Blocker, Dean
Welcome back to concerts at YSM! After almost two years away, we are excited to welcome you back to Yale’s concert halls to hear our distinguished faculty, outstanding students and alumni, and world-renowned guest artists in dozens of extraordinary live performances.
The 2022-2023 concert season features a dazzling variety of programming including solo, chamber, vocal, and orchestral performances of repertoire ranging from early to new music. We are particularly pleased to present a performance of the Piano Concerto in C minor by Helen Hagan (pictured), who, in 1912, became the first Black woman to earn a degree from the Yale School of Music. We look forward to experiencing this season with you!
