MMSU President Shirley C. Agrupis praised the organization for improving the media congress every year. “A lot has changed [since the first edition of the congress in 2014], but Y2C continuously evolved and has grown. Y2C as an organization has truly come a long way.”
“It is an annual event where we empower and expand student talents and support them in unveiling their full potential and communicative competence through webinars,” Leianne Zyra Calderon, Y2C Executive Chairperson, said.
The virtual media congress was attended by over 200 communication students from the university and around the Philippines and various academic institutions in Indonesia.
MMSU Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Prima Fe Franco congratulated the whole Y2C during the last day of the event for implementing such kind of activity and advised communication students to continue striving for excellence and be the agents of change and catalysts in society carrying the trademark of a true stallion.
The said media congress was held virtually for the fourth time and third-consecutive year internationally.
