Some faculty members of the Department of Languages and Literature (DLL) were also awarded as MOOC Completers, as well as students from the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd),
Bachelor of Arts in English Language (ABEL), and Batac National High School.
The said Thanksgiving event was mainly for Dr. Kirsten Dyck, an English Language Fellow, for her last day of service at Mariano Marcos State University, where she shared her experiences teaching and living in Ilocos Norte.
Dr. Marivic M. Alimbuyugen, the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), expressed her gratitude for the push all-out out support for internationalization.
“This Thanksgiving celebration is not enough to say our thanks, Dr. Dyck. Materially, we cannot thank you enough for the knowledge that you have sealed in the heart of our students and the experiences that you have shared,” Dr. Alimbuyuguen said in her message to Dr. Dyck.
