So many memories were made with the youth from YW Kids during our Martha’s Vineyard adventure!
We played games at Ocean Park, explored Joseph Sylvia State Beach and enjoyed yummy ice cream before heading home. We biked a total of 4.2 miles and 100% of our participants had fun.
We had yummy sandwiches for lunch with Chef Brent Turner from Rosewater in Martha’s Vineyard.

Y.O.U. takes Cuttyhunk Island with youth from the New Bedford community!
We took the ferry to explore the beautiful island! We biked through the island and stopped in Cuttyhunk’s Historical Society, explored their public library, rode our bikes through the island’s historical landscapes and ended our visit with some beach fun.
These adventure trips allow for curiosities to spark and it’s a perfect opportunity to foster positive connections to New Bedford and Massachusetts.
