Sequoia Hills

An ongoing project with approximately 97 Ha development which is occupied by 60% landed residentials, 25% commercial area, and 15% green and facilities.

To achieve its sustainability and nature oriented mission, this project is highlighting the use of the latest technology in optimizing the energy preservation process by applying solar panel and water recycling technology. Furthermore, to refine and to reduce air pollution, bike lanes, electric vehicles, public transportation optimization, and convenient pedestrian lanes are introduced in the development.

LIVING GALLERY, Sequoia Hills

It is an architecture project for a Marketing Gallery in Sequoia Hills. The idea was to bring natural elements by using stones and wood to resemble the idea of Sequoia itself. The interesting part of this project is that the inner court was created to preserve the existing tree as the focal point. Furthermore, the rooftop is not only used for a semi-open seating area, but also as a tee box for a golfer’s starting point.

The focus on this project is to provide contemporary industrial development on top of 12,7Ha land. One of the main essential factors is the access for heavy duty infrastructure, especially for 20ft vehicles.

The more advance consideration is that the current problem with existing swamp and water capacity which may affecting the surrounding. By that, to ensure the success of the development, we maintain the water retention in the development as part of our supporting facilities.

In addition, in order to ensure its sustainability factor, we introduce the use of a hybrid system in the provision of power and electricity.

A potential land with 246 Ha area that is in progress to provide a tourism development that is also integrated with the government plan to promote the island internationally. The development is located next to Komodo Island, which serves as a potential tourist attraction. The challenge is to preserve the existing natural contour. However, instead of seeing this as a challenge, we see it as opportunities to provide a sea-facing oriented development. We also cooperate with Global Sustainable Tourism Council to achieve the mission of having sustainable tourist development in Indonesia.

The Dot Point

The Dot Point is a commercial retail space that brings up the concept of outdoor retail as a place to hangout as well as doing groceries.

It consists of F&B Tenants with a total of 1,400sqm enclosement, on top of a 500 sqm, midsize Supermarket. The Hallway, terraces, and also the courtyard can be a potential salable area that adds an additional attractive open seating space.

The concept tries to bring out the idea of having secure outdoor activities alongside an event space or stage that can hold occasional events at the center of the courtyard. As the building faces towards the courtyard, the building provides an observation feature for both customers and tenants to be informed about the ongoing events in the vicinity.

The Parc

A mid - low end project located in South Tangerang. This 5 Ha Total GFA occupies 1590 saleable residential units, 1 swimming pool in lap size and other amenities (such as clubhouse, badminton court, clinic, and minimart).

Tropical style concept of this project is exhibited by the addition of green planters that also serve as shades.

ANCOL BAY MASTERPLAN

Ancol Bay Master Plan consists of three (3) separated plots that can be developed as mixed use developments (retail, residential, hotel, and office). Located in Jakarta, West Java, Indonesia near the sea, all towers have good sea views to the north and vast city views to the south.

Soekarno, the first President of Indonesia planned to develop Ancol into a public recreational area. Integral to this concept, there is an open retail area on the ground floor with greenery and an opened air plaza area. The interesting challenge of this project is to connect plot 2 and plot 3.

This site is separated and far from Site 2 and Site 3. It is designed as a separated development with its own privacy. It has the same building style and skyline as the other sites . This development consists of residential, office and smaller retail space as amenities

SITES 2 & 3

A small road divides the two sites. A skybridge with its retail space connects the two neighborhoods. This mixed use development consists of residential, commercial, retail and hotel use.

RESIDENTIAL AT PEMUDA

Residence at Pemuda is a feasibility study for a residence in Surabaya, with GA 45,360 sqm. It is located in the CBD and Civic area of Surabaya. This study provides two alternatives schemes; a single tower to maximize the floor height limit and twin towers to maximize building coverage which allows building process to occur in two phases. The main challenge of this project is the eastern and the western parameters. For the former, we protruded the layout, so most living rooms can get the north-south orientation. For the latter, we designed a twisting tower to enhance the iconic design of the building, as well as maximizing north-south orientation.

THE EDEN

TThe Eden is a feasibility study for a GFA 664,155 sqm residence in Serpong, a new CBD and Civic suburb in Jakarta. This project explores different styles of highrise towers combined with terraced units which provide residents with big gardens. The curved arrangement allows 74% of the total units to have waterfront views, 11% to have the vast view of the city, and the remaining units to face the inner garden.

MARVELL CITY

Marvell City is a mixed use project located in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. This project is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 consists of a mall, apartments, a school and a serviced apartment. My main responsibility is to make the phase 2 schematic design which consists of the parking podium, an apartment and a condominium, along with some revisions to the phase 1 schematic design to solve some execution issues.

NR Residence

NR Residence is a built project in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. The concept of this project is to build a residential area in which all the rooms have lake views in their orientation. We designed every room with maximum opening to the outdoors that allows the residents to enjoy the surroundings. We also used a very modern design to appeal to the young residents. We designed an alternate master bedroom as an accent of the building that follows the form and the function of the main building. Finally, all rooms are designed to maximize both internal views and the views across the lake.

De Arte

De Arte is the final project in my Architecture undergraduate studies. There is a lack of public art spaces in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. My mission is to open the minds of the Indonesian people, especially Semarang residents, and encourage the appreciation of art and architecture. De Arte consists of the concert hall, the theater, the art gallery and some shops and cafes. As the site is located in front of the Java Sea, the clam shell is used as a design inspiration and as a design consistency that brings out the uniqueness and creativity of architecture.
