The Class of 1968 will celebrate its Golden Anniversary. The Class of 1993 will celebrate its Silver Anniversary. Xavier also honors the reunion classes of 1938, 1943, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1963, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1998, 2003, 2008 and 2013

Scholarship Donor Luncheon (Invitation Only) 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m.

Thanks to the generosity of our annual and endowed scholarship donors, Xavier is proud to have awarded nearly a million dollars in scholarships during the 2018-2018 school terms. The scholarship luncheon brings together Xavier Annual and Endowed Donor named scholarship donors and recipients to enjoy lunch together on campus in the UC Ballroom. For recipients, the luncheon is a unique opportunity to thank their donors in person. For donors, the luncheon is a great opportunity for them to learn how their generosity has directly benefited students.

Homecoming Parade 10:00 a.m. • Join Miss Xavier and her court for a renewed XU tradition. Parade routes will be available at registration.

Tailgate BBQ 11:00 a.m. • Convocation Center Parking Lot Catch up with classmates and friends before the game (Tents are available for rental). Alumni may choose the VIP experience.

VIP Tailgate 11:00 a.m. • Convocation Center Parking Lot An upscale tailgating experience that includes a private tent, extended menu selection and open bar.

Gold Rush Basketball Game 1:00 p.m. • Convocation Center Come out and cheer the Xavier University Gold Rush on to victory at the annual homecoming basketball game.

Class Reunion Reception and Class Photos 5:00 p.m. • University Center • 2nd floor Join your classmates for a reception and class group photo session.

Homecoming Banquet and Silent Auction 6:30 p.m. • University Center McCaffrey Ballroom • 3rd floor Come enjoy an evening of splendor with fellow alumni and friends at the annual Homecoming Banquet and Silent Auction in our own XU Ballroom. You will not want to miss this grand event!

Class Reunion Brunch 11:00 a.m. • (various campus locations) Conclude the weekend with your classmates at Sunday Brunch. Contact your class agents for information. (additional costs may apply).

G E N E R A L I N F O R M AT I O N Weekend Parking University parking restrictions will be waived on campus for the entire weekend –with the exception of emergency lanes and reserved spaces. Please do not park on the median. All drivers should adhere to city parking regulations when parking on streets.

Registration To register online go to www.xula.edu or mail the registration form along with your payment to Xavier University Homecoming, 1 Drexel Drive, Box 66, New Orleans, LA 70125. It is important to register for Homecoming 2018 by November 2, 2018. A late fee of $50 will be assessed to all packages and $10 to all individual tickets purchased after November 2, 2018. The Office of Alumni Relations works closely with various vendors to make the weekend a success. We want to accommodate all alumni, but can only do so if registration is done in a timely manner. Check-in When you arrive on campus, it’s important to check in at the Official Homecoming Registration Headquarters located in the University Center on the 1st floor. The Homecoming Registration Headquarters is your information center during Homecoming and will have the latest information

on all events. Alumni may pick-up purchased packages/tickets/t-shirts at registration.

Homecoming packages/tickets will not be mailed. There may be a limited number of tickets available for purchase on site for various homecoming events. Homecoming t-shirts will be available at the Registration Headquarters for purchase.

Hospitality Rooms Meet the National Alumni Association and Young Alumni on the 1st floor of the University Center.

Hospitality Rooms are a great place to learn more about exciting alumni initiatives, meet classmates and friends and get a quick snack.

Special Accommodations If you require special accommodations during Homecoming, please contact (504) 520-7575 so that we may work with you to ensure your needs are met. Every effort will be made to adhere to all requests. However, please note that the University does not own walkers or wheelchairs. Alumni and friends should make arrangements to bring such aids with them when traveling to and around campus.
