Hubei village is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, China. It has a quite long history which can be dated back to 1460s. Hubei witnessed the development of Shenzhen, and it is one of the most important clues in the history of Shenzhen. However, as time pass by, the city developed rapidly, and the original village became one of the urban village in Shenzhen, which is old and unsafe today. Since it is located in the center of Luohu district, which is the prior center of Shenzhen, Hubei village's renovation is urgent and necessary. HUARUN, the developer, has made an urban design of the neighboring district, remaining the village without design. This work is to make a specific design of the Hubei village with the basic design of HUARUN.
