The Urban collection features tone-on-tone reflectors at the yoke on the front and back, printed tone-on-tone reflective X on the sleeves and center back.
Reflective logos can be customized for front, back, or upper arm placement, available in silver or color. From 100 pieces, 2-3 colors are possible.

SHOULDER STRAP INSTALLATION
With Xplor’s shoulder strap kit (style 921), consisting of two ready-made shoulder straps with Velcro closure, shoulder straps can be installed on the finished jacket.
The shoulder straps are designed to prevent rainwater from entering through the new seams and for easy and quick installation.
To ensure complete waterproofing, order a piece of sealing/heating tape with the shoulder strap kit to apply after sewing. Access the space between the lining and outer fabric through the interior back zipper.
Loosen the small strap in the lining, which secures it to the armhole, for easier sewing. Remember to refasten the strap when finished.
The shoulder straps should be positioned 1 cm forward in relation to the shoulder seam.
Mark the shoulder seam on the jacket (see blue line).

Mark the centerline of the strap and position it 1 cm towards the front (see pink line).
Sew the strap (see figure with white thread).

Turn the strap part with Velcro hooks towards the neckline and sew it securely in a triangular shape (see white stitching).
Open
Now the shoulder strap can be secured. Seal the two interior seams with tape.
Don’t forget to reattach the lining strap at the armhole if initially loosened.
