A typical day at cam p

What an amazing da y today was...

8 am One camp leade r came to wake us up with his lovely morning call of wakey wakey.

8.45 am A delicious En glish breakfast, yumm y, gave me a lot of energy!

9.30 am English lesso ns – today was finish ing our 2020 olympic project.

My country came in se cond but it was an amazing proje ct yet very challenging .

1 pm Met with all my new friends from all around the world for lunch. It’s co ol how I now have fr iends in Spain, Russia, Korea and many other place s.

2.30 pm Mountain bi king through Sherwood Forest. I’d hoped to find my Ro bin Hood but no luck.

It was a fun ride though!

6 pm Dinner with my cool new friends. It’s fun to hang-out with them.

7.30 pm Talent Show tonight. I tried my be st but only made it to the finals . When I come back ne xt year I shall succeed!

10.30 pm I wish I could write more but I have to go.

Night night; it’s too lat e and I must rest fo r to morrow’s fun-filled day. We ha ve our London excurs ion, it shall be the best!! I’m so excit ed!

“I’m

a Manchester United fan myself and have always dreamt how it would feel to be one of the Manchest er stars.

That’s how Worksop College ma de my dream come true. Entering the stadium made me feel indescribable so if you’re a football fan, then Worksop wo n’t disappoint you!“

A perfect day in Lond on Last Saturday we we nt to London. First th e staff gave us our yu mmy lunch. Then we split into three groups: Th e first one went to the London Eye, the seco nd to the London Dung eon and the third to Mada me Tussauds. We we nt to London Eye. The vie w from the cabin wa s very beautiful becaus e we could see all Lo ndon.

Straight after that we went on a sight seeing tour on foot till we reached Oxford Street, where we had time to go shopping and to buy some souvenirs and presents for ou r family and friends. W e liked it a lot and du rin g the two hours we wa lked up and down th e street, buying things in every shop we sa w.

Finally we went back to the bus seeing Piccadilly Circus and some big and green parks.

We are going to reme mber this day foreve r, because we think Lond on is one of the best cities in the world!
