House has become the top priority of the Chinese people, buying a house in the heart of the proportion is quite heavy, a house seems to be a family's bearing and hope, even if they have to do it. However, there is a serious housing problem in China today.

THE HOUSING PROBLEM OF CHINESE PEOPLE

HIGHLY INTENSIVE AND OVERDEVELOPED

Acceleratingconstruction drivesChina'seconomy

The best way is to activate the housing market.

In the early part of this century, due to the sluggish economic environment, the country needs to develop real estate to drive the economy, the overly optimistic forecast and egoism of real estate developers for the future, the distortion of local government planning and other reasons, the housing overdevelopment and high density, resulting in some of the first and second tier cities honeycomb residential residents feel very depressed, and all kinds of environmental pollution problems.

HIGH HOUSING PRICE HIGH PRESSURE

Due to the rapid increase of inflation, the decrease of land price caused by the excessive promotion of urbanization, and the increase of house price caused by financial institutions, high housing price and pressure have been generated, resulting in a serious imbalance between the ratio of housing price and national income. To buy a house in a firsttier city, it even needs to empty six wallets and the savings of three generations. Marriage rate and birth rate decline, China will accelerate into a low birth rate, low desire society, social gap between the rich and poor widening, there will be more social malignant events.

A netizen bought a 48 small house at the price of 1.2 million yuan, and now the price of the same type of house is generallyquotedat1.4millionyuan,just two or three months, up 200,000 yuan, about 20%.

Driven by the interests of real estate developers and commercial banks, as well as the government's lack of supervision over the funds of real estate enterprises, residential credibility has been destroyed, national happiness index has declined, and rotten end buildings and "loan suspension tide" have appeared frequently, threatening the work and life of homebuyers.

For further information, I photographed the environment of my residence and visited the living environment of the residents in Shanghai's largest residential area and the area closest to the city center. This part is a recording of the typical living environment of residents in first-tier cities.

THE ENVIRONMENT AROUND ME

I share a flat with two other people in an old building in the city. The room is old, covered with cobwebs and dust, surrounded by constant noise, and only has a kitchen and bathroom of 5 square meters.

The total construction area is 2 million square meters, more than 10,000 households, and about 90,000 people live there.

The residential area is tall and dense, Windows security net dense, very depressed.

The checkerboard features unfinished steel structures that are characteristic of the construction site, suggesting that the overdevelopment of real estate is still unfinished.

Modern household appliances and the bottom of the building form a black chess board to indicate new consumer goods, and the dense highrise buildings in big cities as a white flag.

Black and white flags twitch up and down on the surface of the hollow checkerboard, repeatedly squeezing the space, suggesting that under the capital, the emergence of commercial housing and consumer goods produced all kinds of oppression.

Thefirstdynamicinstallation describesthelivesofyoung peopleinfirst-tiercities.

A white mattress is placed on the top, and home appliances of the last century are placed around the space, suggesting that whether in the past or the present, whenever residents buy a house, they will buy a large number of the latest home appliances to fill the room. Their added value is greater than their own use value, and these commodities squeeze the residential space of struggling youth in first-tier cities. They have trouble getting a good night's sleep kinds of oppression.

A piece of green plants is placed below, which shows that under the development of excessive commercialization of real estate, parks and green Spaces in the city are gradually invaded, and it is gradually difficult for young people in the city to find a space that makes them feel happy.

Theseconddynamicinstallation describesthestateofafamily's house .

A crib is placed above it, a sign that a family's future and hopes are being squeezed by the overcommercialization of real estate.

A family cemetery is placed below, indicating that the commercialization of real estate has caused the land price of the cemetery to soar and slowly disappear, leaving the elderly in the family with no place to go.

On it is placed a plastic bag with a hole in it, which contains some plastic figures, the cheap souls of buyers in the face of excessive commercialization of real estate.

The signboards and ATM machines of commercial banks are placed below, indicating that the black heart of capital disclosure cannot be concealed.

I used a collection of honeycomb structures to represent their living Spaces, which are connected by a staircase structure that looks like a screw from the side. It reflects that the young people in the city are like bees who go out early and come back late, while everyone is a small screw in the society.

The three most important points in a person's life -- birth, birth and death -- are all spent in an operating room, so I built an operating room to symbolize the important points in a person's life with the images of their physical condition constantly flashing on the screen.

She constructed an unfinished space, which was filled with scenes of residents' lives in the rotten tail building. Some hidden figures seemed to be self-mocking to watch the living conditions of residents, showing the suffering and helplessness of residents in the rotten tail building.
