Please note that your new email ID must be one that is not used earlier or used by another Xero user. Open your Xero account by filling up the correct details to login. Click your name at the top-right corner and then select Account option. Next to Email, select Edit button to expand the section and proceed to next step. Type the new email id and then type the login password in the required boxes. After doing this, click Change Email. Now, click OK button on the Email Confirmation screen. It will remain pending until you confirm it. Thereafter, select the confirmation link to approve the change.
Now, you can log in to Xero with a new user ID. Give a try to this by logging into the account again. If in case, a user is a subscriber with a billing account under the old email address, then it will also be updated.
