Servo-Assisted Steering

The servo cylinder is fixed to the power cylinder by means of specific supports. This allows to fix it both in the upper and in the lateral part, optimizing the overall dimensions and allowing the installation even in confined spaces. The piston rod are made of stainless steel to ensure a greater resistance to corrosion and rust. In addition, each cylinder is equipped with a breather in order to optimize the loading and purging operation of the system.

Hydraulic Pump with integrated Check Valve The new line of XENTA Hydraulic Pumps is characterized by a compact design and minimum overall dimensions specifically designed to respond to the many driving conditions and to ensure, at all times, a fluid and smooth control. The PM Steering Pump Series is equipped with a Check Valve to prevent rudder or motor movement when the steering is not controlled. XENTA Hydraulic Pumps can be installed in single or double station configuration, but also on systems with automatic filling. All pumps are supplied with standard fittings 90° ¼” NPT – Pipe ø10.

Autopilot Power Pack The range of traditional Autopilot Power Pack includes a large number of models with different characteristics and flow rates to cover a wide range of applications. The basic system consists of an electric motor, hydraulic pump, oil tank and fixed speed solenoid valve assembly for autopilot connection. Reversible Power Pack REVERSIBLE PP PR-150

PR-150

The range of Reversible Control Units allows different configurations: cylinders up to 1000cc volume with a maximum flow rate of 4.5 L/min at 45 bar. Reversible Control Units provide the same performance as control units with solenoid valves, but compared to the latter they are characterized by lower electrical absorption and they are therefore more suitable for all those applications where the electrical absorption must be as low as possible. The basic system includes an electric motor and an high efficiency reversible hydraulic pump, an oil tank and a filter unit. Reversible Power Pack REVERSIBLE PP PR-15

PR-15

The new Proportional Reversible Control Unit allows different configurations with flow rates up to 15 L/min. It has comparable performances as proportional solenoid valves and provides a precise and reliable interface. Compared to traditional systems, it has lower power consumption and reduced dimensions that allow it to be installed even in confined spaces. The basic system consists of an electric motor with driver, high efficiency reversible hydraulic pump, an oil tank and a filter unit. Servo Assisted Power Pack The new Servo Assisted Power Pack ensures maximum driving comfort with minimum effort. The operating principle of the system uses the Electro-Hydraulic Power Pack for the power line and the Manual Pump for the steering and emergency line. The result is an extremely smooth maneuver, while reducing the number of revolutions required to perform it. In addition, the innovative and compact design ensures an easy installation and maintenance.

Series for pumps with PTO Connection The new XENTA Power Pack has been designed to work with fixed flow or variable flow Load Sensing pumps installed directly on the motor’s Power Take-Off (PTO). The main advantages are: • Components are pre-installed and wired. Reduced installation costs and space. • Maximum flexibility in the Valves Group configuration. • Possibility of controlling thrusters, steering, trims and flaps with a single system. • Flow rate and pressure can be adjusted for each section independently of the input. • Possibility to have a proportional or ON/OFF flow control for each section. • Possibility of installing up to 2 heat exchangers unit. • Self cooling function of the hydraulic system. • Possibility to install a backup electric pump for the movement of the utilities even with the thermal motor off.
