The Scrum Framework

A short meeting usually happens at the start of each working day, where team members can share what they have done, any issues they are facing and what they will do in the next 24 hours.

Product Backlog

The primary list of works that need to be completed. These are organized and maintained by the product owner or manager.

Sprint Backlog

The list of items, features, or bug fixes selected by the development team for implementation in this cycle. .

Depending on the scope of the work, the actual time here can be flexible to ensure that the work is completed to the high standard expected.

Increment

The usable end-product of the sprint. The team shows what was completed depending on goals or needs. A concrete stepping stone towards the final product.

Agreements

Fixed price

Used for agency partners and small projects that have a clear scope of work to be executed. Usually limited to basic websites with common frameworks and CMS such as Drupal, Shopify, WordPress or MVP web/mobile apps.

Team

Used for partners with larger projects such as mobile apps (iOS, Android, hybrid) or progressive web apps (PWAs). Xenia Tech will build and assist with the management of the project. We offer a dedicated team of project managers, product owners, developers, testers, designers and devops. We follow the Scrum/Agile approach, in order to successfully build your software/products from the ground up or to jump in to an existing project.

Maintenance

A monthly fee is invoiced to clients that would like Xenia to manage their website, including all activities such as keeping a close eye on the website’s issues and fixing them as they are discovered. This also includes the adding of any new features and we’ll work to a pre-determined period of hours per month.

Project Management

At Xenia we’re software agnostic and are happy to use any existing project management setup you may have. That being said, Here are some of the tools that we use to manage the scope of work, tasks and team members’ workload in projects:

At Xenia we value our work/life balance. As can be the case in our industry, we occasionally need to work overtime, though we strive to keep this to a minimum. Below you can find our fixed working hours.

● We’re proud to be the major sponsor for the Xenia Foundation, contributing at least 5% of our net profit per month to its upkeep and charitable activities.

● Our team embrace the ability to be able to spend a full day per quarter working with the Xenia Foundation.

● We proudly support disadvantaged children and young adults through sponsorship, education and IT training as well as charitable drives for relief funds.

UK Social Channel Mobile App

Morale is a mobile app that boosts users mental health by using the power of positive social messaging. Users add their close friends and send them daily positive messages ‘boosts’.

The app posts these boosts to their friends anonymously so they receive the uplifting messages without any bias. Science proves that by giving positive support to your friends each day, it has a positive effect on our own mental health.

VidOps is an online platform for instantly booking videographers and photographers on-demand. Already an established company, VidOps came to Xenia Tech with a view to scaling their business model by building a progressive web app that would automate their existing manual procedures. Xenia is building a comprehensive web-app that will allow businesses and consumers to book videographers on-demand.

Beautizon Australia

Cosmetics E-commerce website

Beautizon is a Vietnamese company run by Australian entrepreneurs. The Beautizon team came to Xenia with the request of a clean and minimal website for their beauty product business and the ability to easily edit small sections of text and images.  It took Xenia Tech 2 months to complete the project from conceptualization to completion.

Tip Disc is committed to changing the world of tipping and helping millions of tipped workers earn more money for their great work. Xenia Tech has worked with Tip Disc from conception continuously. Tip Disc recently closed funding at a $2m USD valuation based on the platform Xenia built. Having now launched in the UK, Tip Disc is seeing rapid growth and continues to partner with Xenia.

Search Technology is an innovative Technology & Product talent acquisition partner that has recognized the radical change in the way technologists search for new employment. They wanted a new-look Wordpress website that had an efficient, advanced search function connected to multiple APIs. The project took 5 weeks to complete.

National Skills Coalition (NSC) fights for a national commitment to inclusive, high-quality skills training so that more people have access to a better life, and more local businesses see sustained growth. Xenia was tasked with developing this website from pre-existing designs on Wordpress. The project took 4 weeks to complete.

Just Print

Ireland Printing Website

Services: Wordpress development

Just Print, based in Dublin, Ireland, are specialists in digital/litho & large format printing including posters & banners, signage, stationery, brochures & folders and more. Xenia developed the Wordpress site from the Clients designs. This project took 20 days to complete. https://just-print.ie

Since being established in 2017, we have worked with numerous global brands from the US, UK, Australia, Ireland and Southeast Asia. While there are dozens of clients whose projects are open to being shared, there are others that cooperate with us under an offshoring service agreement such as global digital agencies and start-ups.

This often means their non-public business information is bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and is meant to be kept highly confidential. Thus, not all our projects are available on this Deck. That being said, we’ve had experience with the NHS, in addition to numerous internationally recognised hospitality enterprises and Fintech companies.
