Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA), the government authority charged with regulating, coordinating and supervising all sides of Dubai’s maritime sector, has declared the implementation of mandatory marine craft driving license in Dubai effective January 2015.

The Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) has commenced implementing Resolution No. 2 of 2013 for Marine Craft Driving License as the detail of the efforts to regulate the local maritime sector. The use of the new resolution requires licensing for the crew on personal, business, sports, tourism and recreational marine craft, including small and large-sized leisure craft, commercial marine vessels and traditional wooden dhows.

Federal Transport Authority of U.A.E. (FTA)   

FTA Boat Driving License Marine Concept is licensed by the Federal Transport Authority of U.A.E. To conduct coaching and examination for the FTA Boat driving license.

Marine Concept has been approved the FTA Boat Driving License courses up to 12 and 24 meters.  
