In order better to understand the needs and opportunities present throughout Beaver County during COVID-19, strategic partners were identified from the nonprofit arena, the business community, and the municipal government sector. Over the course of two months, regional leaders met together for a total of six hours to voice their concerns, needs, and aspirations in this season of uncertainty and change. During this time, three listening sessions were conducted, one featuring each of the three sectors identified above. Following each session, additional information was gathered from stakeholders through an online survey that asked respondents to dig more deeply into those issues raised during each listening session. This report captures, summarizes, and reflects on the findings that emerged throughout this process.
