The project question automation in architecture, specifically within the domestic context of houses in the digital post-work era. The project proposes not just a design, but a system of production which also propose to automate the construction process by modularising both the construction product and the robot. By designing a robot and a tile which geometrically identical, the whole system of the house reduces to just 2 type of unit: active robots and passive building components. Base on the research on Digital Material and Robotic Assembly, the project is also developing a computational system which utilizes the recent development in Machine Learning and Robotic, to construct the house in a fully autonomous manner.
