Our History

Wyndham is an historic and storied surname meaning “Home or Settlement” and the name Lyons is steeped in centuries of rich history for being the “Guardians and Warriors” of the community. The founders of WyndhamLyons Real Estate Services have been in the real estate industry for over three decades and have diverse backgrounds in real estate sales, closing and settlement, financing, and insurance. When you hear our name, know that we set the pace for being fierce advocates for our clients and the real estate community as a whole.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITIES

Recruiting Bonus Compensation

The recruiting bonus is designed to reward our existing agents for helping us grow our company organically via agents joining our company through active recruitment of outside aspiring Real Estate Professionals. Details include:

• 5% of the recruited agents gross commission income from sales if the new agent chooses “The Bridge Plan”

• 5% of the recruited agent’s monthly invoice for the new agents who choose “The Signature or Transaction Plan”

• Last as long as the recruited agent stays with Wyndham-Lyons Realty Services

• Bonus only includes non-team members

Mentorship Bonus Compensation

The mentorship bonus is designed to reward our existing agents for helping us support and retain new agents joining our company. Mentors must be certified through the office, proficient at furthering our value proposition, proficient with our technology platforms, and agree to the terms of the mentorship program. Details include:

• 5% of the recruited agent’s gross commission income from sales if the new agent chooses “The Bridge Plan” for a period of 12 months

• 5% of the recruited agent’s monthly invoice for the new agents who choose “The Signature or Transaction Plan” for a period of 12 months

• Lasts as long as the recruited agent stays with Wyndham-Lyons Realty Services or 12 months from initial hire, whichever is shortest

• Bonus only includes non-team members
