Sunrise yoga
In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time” and when an individual’s spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity, creativity, and peace of mind and body are benefits of sunrise yoga practice because of fewer distractions prior to starting your day.
Sunset yoga
Combines simple, full body moves with breathing techniques and meditation principles to enter a flow of poses sequence and deep relaxation. By staying present in your motion and remaining focused on your breathing.
Chakra cleansing
Works on the Chakra energy system. With singing bowl gets tuned to a specific Chakra frequency. When singing bowls make a particular sound, frequencies get projected into the affected area. This will allow the correct harmonic patterns to get restored in the area.
Singing bowl meditation
Singing bowls harmonizes and allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief at all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body.

A complete circuit style workout using a variety of equipment to sculpt your arms, legs, core, and glutes. This class integrates HIIT and will keep your cardiovascular system and fat burning amped up!
Core +
Core exercises are any exercises that challenge the muscles that make up the torso, spine and pelvis, the area of the body that must stabilize the spinal column and hips and pelvic region, which are your base of support for all movements and actions. This class uses weights, resistance bands, and your own body as resistance.
Policies
Appointments
Appointments are recommended for spa therapies and private training sessions and can be made by phone. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of your booking. For spa therapies, please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to take a shower, relax, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and calm your soul. For fitness classes, all guests must register at the spa reception desk ten minutes prior to the start of class. For the safety of all guests attending class, late entrants will not be permitted ten minutes after the start of class.
Attire
Robes and slippers are provided for your spa therapy. Undergarments are optional during the therapies. We recommend yoga or loose-fitting clothing for Thai Stretch.
Cancellations
We require that you notify us of cancellations four hours prior to your class or spa appointment. Twenty-four hours is required for private training sessions. Forty-eight hours is required for group events. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file.
Changing Areas
The Spa offers fully-appointed locker rooms for your convenience. As we can not be responsible for lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing in valuables.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in dollar amounts (not for services or packages). Please inquire at the front desk for guidance in selecting the ideal gift.
Group Events
The Spa is well-versed at accommodating groups of all sizes and assisting you with unique well-being solutions for your event. Please inquire with a spa manager to see how we can customize your gathering.
Payment
The Spa accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Prices listed are subject to change without notice. A 12% government tax will be applied to all spa therapies. A 25% surcharge is added for all in-room services. Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the reception desk.
Series Expiration
Ten-packs expire three months from date of purchase. Twenty-packs expire six months from date of purchase.
Service + Class Requirements
The minimum age to experience The Spa’s service offerings are: 13 years old for classes; 16 years old for facials, waxing + nail services; 18 years old for massage therapies. Any child under the minimum age requirement can experience The Spa at the discretion of the Spa Director if his or her parent or guardian is present in the room. Massage therapies are not recommended in your first trimester of pregnancy, and due to the risks, we are unable to perform these services.
