A. Finance Report & Information – Treasurer’s Report- (name of current treasurer)

B. Advancement / Merit Badge Discussions / Boards of Review – Eddie Hartman *All information regarding Eagle Scouts, merit badges, individual troop advancement. C. Upcoming Events Calendar – Check the website for further details * Should include dates and brief information about future events. D. New Business *Any new business that needs to be discussed by the troop leaders. An item must be mentioned here if it needs to be voted on for approval. There must be a record of all things voted on by the troop leaders. E. Reminders *Below are the usual bullets for the Reminders section; add additional information as needed. 1. Check Troop Website often & sign up for Troop Events before deadlines. 2. Please don’t forget to check the website for Advancement and/or Merit Badge information!! 3. Don’t forget to print off & sign a permission slip as well. If Scouts do not register before deadlines, they will now be unable to attend the campout. 4. Payments should be made on line or put into an envelope with your Scout’s name & purpose of funds. F. Training *Below are the usual bullets for the Training section; add additional information as needed. 1. ALL Committee Members and Scout Parents need to have their Youth Protection Training as soon as possible. Members should take additional training, such as Outdoor Leadership Training, in the event we have a shortage of available Leaders for each and every trip. 2. If any Adult Volunteer / Leader wish to attend any Summer Camp, they must take the Face-to-Face version of Youth Protection Training. Our next Troop 78 Committee Meeting will be (date and time).
