Smoked Prime Rib & Smoked Sea Bass Recipes

Smoked Prime Rib

Ingredients:

1 prime rib roast (5-6 lbs)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp kosher salt

2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp smoked paprika

Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

Rub the prime rib with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Place the roast in the smoker and insert a meat thermometer.

Smoke for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.

Remove from the smoker, cover with foil, and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with rosemary and serve.

Smoked Sea Bass

Ingredients:

2 sea bass fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 lemon, sliced Fresh dill

Instructions:

Preheat the smoker to 200°F.

Brush the sea bass fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Place the fillets on a smoker-safe tray and add lemon slices on top.

Smoke for 1.5-2 hours until the fish flakes easily.

Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges
