Season has shown us that showings have picked up and a well-priced home will not las lng on the market. The most recent pending properties to go under contract in MArch spent an average of 8 & 1/2 days on the market.

RECENTLY SOLD PROPERTIES IN COMPASS LANDING

December and March saw the busiest months with 2 pending sales that converted into closings respectively. This explains the average sold price of $755,250 compared to the autumn months which was rather quiet having no closed properties in the neighborhood. The month of April, thus far, has shown one closing. With only 8 active listings within Compass Landing, buyers still have limited inventory to choose from.
