Wood Realtors publishes a Neighborhood Snapshot Report which shows the number of closed sales over the last 12 months as well as the available inventory in some of Naples and Bonita Springs most active neighborhoods. The report is divided by single-family homes and condominiums. For instance, this latest report, dated November 1, 2010, shows that 59 single-family homes closed in Old Naples during the past 12 months and 80 homes are currently on the market, whereas 84 condos closed and 175 are on the market.
