Sin dal 1971, anno di fondazione dell’attività, la F.A.I.R.® si è specializzata nella costruzione di armi lunghe da tiro e da caccia concepite all’insegna dell’affidabilità e della massima funzionalità. Il cliente medio che acquisisce un’arma F.A.I.R.® è un cacciatore o un tiratore che non richiede solo al proprio fucile la caratteristica di appagare sotto il profilo estetico, ma anche di disporre di un pezzo tecnicamente d’avanguardia, costruito con crismi di serietà tali da garantire nell’uso la massima probabilità di successo. Nello spirito della secolare tradizione armaiola italiana il nostro impegno nel settore è stato orientato alla definizione di armi le cui organizzazioni meccaniche fossero esemplificative dei livelli tecnologici assunti nello stato della tecnica e della produzione internazionale. Batterie concepite e sviluppate sulla scorta di un’esperienza maturata riflettendo le richieste emergenti dal mercato internazionale e sulla ricerca effettuata per mezzo di notevoli investimenti, permettendo di presentare nel catalogo della produzione un variegato insieme di serie composte da armi esclusive, specificatamente disegnate in funzione del tipo di attività venatoria o sportiva per le quali risultano essere dedicate. Se la tecnologia e l’esperienza suggeriscono nelle armi da fuoco le soluzioni che permettono il superamento degli annosi problemi tecnici legati alla meccanica delle armi lunghe da fuoco, è con la connessione ad un elevato profilo qualitativo delle esecuzioni che, con i nostri prodotti, abbiamo potuto ottenere ampi consensi e riconoscimenti.Attraverso il vaglio dell’Ufficio Ricerche alla F.A.I.R.® trovano impiego nuove tecnologie e materiali, che sottolineati dagli opportuni riscontri di mercato, evidenziano il ruolo di rinomata realtà industriale di settore posizionandosi in Italia per anni al 2° posto nella fabbricazione di fucili sovrapposti. Sulla superficie d’estensione dell’azienda si trovano linee diversificate di produzione dotate di un grado di flessibilità estremamente elevata, tanto che da ormai molti anni una corretta gestione delle risorse ha permesso l’affiancamento alla produzione di fucili ad anima liscia quella di armi a canna rigata. La dimensione della caccia a palla trova con le armi F.A.I.R.® un ulteriore riferimento di qualità per coloro che battono le macchie o le montagne nella caccia agli ungulati ed alla selvaggina di pelo in genere, essendo a tali armi estesa la medesima tecnologia già da tempo applicata ai fucili ad anima liscia.Nella gestione della produzione la fase della progettazione assume ovviamente l’aspetto più importante ed in questo senso l’Ufficio Progetti si avvale di avanzati sistemi CADCAM che permettono di ottimizzare l’organizzazione dei cinematismi dei componenti, verificandone in simulazioni le relative dinamiche e le implicazioni connesse. Lo sviluppo di ogni singolo componente della meccanica viene quindi concepito in modo scientifico e razionale ed in obbedienza alle disposizioni meccaniche e fisiche imposte dalle scienze esatte. Il rispetto delle tolleranze, imposte dall’esigenza di disporre di accoppiamenti adeguati alle specifiche delineate dal progettista, è

affidato all’esecuzione delle lavorazioni operate per mezzo di macchine utensili a controllo numerico di moderna concezione. L’elevato indice di standardizzazione offerto dalla costanza delle prestazioni di questi complessi centri di lavoro, permette la totale intercambiabilità dei pezzi macchinati, facilitando l’assemblaggio e la manutenzione delle armi F.A.I.R.®. Livelli di finitura a macchina, contraddistinti da valori di rugosità molto contenuti, costituiscono la base dalla quale dipartono tutte le operazioni manuali di pregevole finitura ed accurata messa a punto che interessano singolarmente tutti i fucili, prodotti indipendentemente dalle loro caratteristiche di collocazione intrinseca nelle fasce di mercato.Accanto dunque ai mezzi messi a disposizione dall’incalzante progresso tecnologico continuano a operare in armonica simbiosi le tradizionali operazioni manuali dei ramponatori, basculatori ed incassatori, retaggio delle scuole artigiane sviluppate presso le antiche botteghe. In questo aspetto si esprime tutta l’essenza della realtà F.A.I.R.®, ossia un’azienda industriale che produce nel puro spirito di una visione artigianale, ponendo una cura ed una ricercatezza che da punti di arrivo sono divenuti in questo caso consolidati metodi. ® Al collaudo dell’arma sono dedicate numerose operazioni che interessano, sin dalla produzione, la componentistica.

Riscontri dimensionali e metallografici continui e sistematici precedono la fase ultima di collaudo presso il Banco Nazionale di Prova delle armi da fuoco portatili di Gardone Val Trompia, presso il quale tutte le armi sono testate in rispondenza alle vigenti normative C.I.P. (Commission Internationale Permanente pour l’Epreuve des Armes à Feu portatives). Sulle armi F.A.I.R.® vengono montati legni qualitativamente scelti ed accuratamente accoppiati alle bascule con un preciso lavoro di incassatura. La produzione spazia dall’arma qualitativamente adeguata a criteri di massima soddisfazione, ai pregevoli pezzi prodotti esclusivamente su particolare commissione del cliente. In questo caso, finiture, meccanica ed incisioni riflettono l’esclusività tipica delle grandi realizzazioni, andando a comporre pezzi destinati a restare negli anni come prestigiosi riferimenti di raffinate capacità artistiche e concettuali, le cui origini si perdono nella storia che vide protagonista lo sviluppo della Val Trompia. La maestria costruttiva raggiunta in oltre quarant’anni di brillante impegno nella costruzione di sovrapposti ci ha permesso, nel 2012, di raggiungere un importantissimo traguardo: la presentazione ufficiale della gamma di doppiette “ISIDE”.

Questo nostro ritorno alla produzione di doppiette è stato definito dalla stampa specializzata “esempio scolastico di rivoluzione costruttiva nella produzione in serie di paralleli” e vanta l’importante merito di aver reinterpretato un classico della produzione armiera in chiave moderna segnando il vero ritorno della doppietta per tutti, confermando la vision F.A.I.R.® “Tradition e Technology”.

L’usine accueille des lignes de production diversifiées extrêmement flexibles, au point que la gestion moderne des ressources a permis, depuis plusieurs années désormais, d’ajouter la fabrication de superposés à canons rayées à la traditionnelle production de fusils à canons lisses. La chasse à balles trouve ainsi un point de repère important et de qualité pour tous ceux qui chassent en montagne ou dans le maquis à la recherche d’ongulés ou de gibier à poil, vu que pour ces armes nous utilisons les mêmes technologies que nous appliquons depuis longtemps aux fusils à canons lisses. Bien sûr, la conception est le moment le plus important de la production: notre bureau projets utilise des systèmes CAD et CAM très avancés, nous permettant d’exploiter au mieux la cinématique de tous les composants du fusil, en simulant leurs réactions dynamiques et les effets conséquents. Le développement de chaque composant mécanique est conçu d’une façon scientifique et rationnelle, selon les lois mécaniques et physiques des sciences exactes. L’usinage des pièces par des modernes machines à commande numérique nous permet de respecter rigoureusement les tolérances de fabrication requises pour obtenir un couplage parfait des nombreux éléments mécaniques. Le haut niveau de standardisation atteint grâce à ces machines très performantes, permet de produire des pièces complètement interchangeables et de faciliter ainsi les opérations d’entretien et d’assemblage des armes F.A.I.R.®. Les pièces usinées avec une très faible rugosité superficielle, sont soumises aux successives opérations manuelles de finissage et de mise au point, qui sont effectuées sur tous nos fusils, indépendamment de leur prix et de leur placement sur le marché. En symbiose harmonieuse avec les modernes moyens offerts par le progrès de la technologie, nous conservons les traditionnelles activités manuelles de finissage, couplage et assemblage, qui sont l’héritage des écoles d’artisans qui se développèrent chez les anciens ateliers italiens. La ricerca della perfezione, la cura dei dettagli, l’intercambiabilità dei componenti sono solo alcuni punti di partenza su cui si basa lo sviluppo di questa nuova linea caccia che diviene un condensato di novità tecnologica che spazia dall’utilizzo di finiture superficiali innovative a nuovi materiali ad alta resistenza. La nuova linea caccia si divide in 2 tipologie di prodotti: PARALLELI e SOVRAPPOSTI. Instead, the side by side shotguns has divided in 3 families: ISIDE, ISIDE PRESTIGE and ISIDE VINTAGE. Un grande progettista del passato amava dire che spesso le opere ingegneristiche perfette per funzionamento sono anche sorprendentemente belle. In occasione della presentazione al pubblico un gran numero di appassionati ha commentato con parole colme di entusiasmo la piacevole sensazione di leggerezza e solidità emanata da Iside e, davanti ai prototipi privi di incisioni, la purezza delle linee della sua bascula “round-body”. Il cuore dell’arma, realizzato interamente dal pieno da un monoblocco forgiato per asportazione di truciolo, aveva dunque da solo sedotto il proprio pubblico nel modo più bello, cioè senza artifizi e noi abbiamo, come sempre, dato ascolto ad esso. La famiglia “Iside”, nelle versioni a canna liscia, comprende le varianti “ISIDE” con estrattore manuale; ISIDE EM con bascula incisa a laser con metodo “a triplice profondità” ed estrattori automatici a grande sviluppo; “ISIDE TARTARUGA GOLD” con bascula tartarugata con soggetto oro e calcioli legno ed ISIDE GARDENA che monta un sistema Bigrillo/Monogrillo di sparo, Estrattori automatici e canne divergenti permettendo di avere un’ampia rosata (oo) nel sparare entrambe i colpi con il grilletto bigrillo posteriore azionato per primo. A great designer of the past used to say that often perfect engineering works from the operational standpoint are also surprisingly beautiful. During the presentation to the public, a large number of enthusiasts commented about the pleasant sensations of lightness and strength they felt from Iside and the purity of the “round-body” action lines given the prototypes without engravings.

The heart of the weapon, realised entirely from a full Monobloc forged by shaving removal, has seduced the enthusiasts in the most beautiful way, that is, without artifices, our way. The “Iside” family, in its smooth bore versions, includes the “ISIDE” with manual extractor; “ISIDE EM”, with “triple depth” laser engraved action and automatic ejector through large ejectors; “ISIDE TARTARUGA GOLD” with colour hardened action, gold subjects and wood recoil-pad and “ISIDE GARDENA” that has a double trigger / single trigger shooting system, ejector, divergent barrels, in order to have a large bullet group (oo) in shooting both shots with the rear double trigger actioned first. There is a wide selection of calibres: 12-16-20-28-410.

Un ancien ingénieur aimait dire que souvent les œuvres d’ingénierie parfaites pour le fonctionnement sont aussi étonnamment belles. À l’occasion de la présentation au public, un grand nombre d’amateurs a manifesté avec des mots pleins d’enthousiasme la sensation agréable de légèreté et de solidité que produisait Iside et, devant les prototypes sans incisions, la pureté des lignes de leur bascule « round-body ». Le cœur de l’arme, réalisé entièrement à partir d’un monobloc forgé par extraction de copeaux, avait donc séduit tout seul le public de la manière la plus belle, c’est-à-dire sans artifices et nous avons, comme toujours, été témoins.

La famille « Iside », sur les versions avec canon lisse, comprend les variantes: « ISIDE » avec extracteur manuel; « ISIDE EM » avec bascule gravé au laser avec méthode «à triple profondeur» et extracteurs automatiques à grand développement; « ISIDE TARTARUGA GOLD » avec bascule jaspé, sujets or et coussinet anti-recul en bois et «ISIDE GARDENA», qui est équipé d’un système de tir double / mono détente, d’éjecteurs automatiques et de canons divergents permettant d’obtenir une large gerbe de tir (oo), lorsque la détente arrière est actionnée en premier, faisant ainsi partir les deux coups. I modelli Iside Prestige sono prodotti con estrattori automatici a grande sviluppo e cartelle laterali a profilo slanciato tondo e si distinguono in due versioni: Iside Prestige e Iside Prestige Tartaruga Gold, dove la presentazione estetica che le differenzia è la bascula cromata per la versione Prestige e bascula tartarugata con soggetti oro e calciolo legno per la versione Prestige Tartaruga Gold. La doppietta ISIDE VINTAGE viene proposta con estrattore manuale, bigrillo, bascula tartarugata classica e legni di qualità superiore con zigrini eseguiti a laser a passo fine. ISIDE VINTAGE il classico a portata del vero amante della caccia. La particolarità che rende unica Iside, oltre alla sua bascula, è propria del sistema di accoppiamento delle canne, basato su saldatura “demibloc” su manicotto a piastra. La bascula è presentata nella sua semplicità, quindi senza incisioni, con una finitura nera contrastata da delle linee sabbiate sui fianchi, i perni cerniera sono bombati brillanti. I legni sono finiti esternamente con il nostro sistema FX-Wood – brevettato Optowood. La linea Lady è studiata per il pubblico femminile con calciatura e canna più corte.

The mechanic assembly quality, the selected materials research, and the strong line have allowed, in the years, to the PREMIER models to become one of the product most commercialized at international level. It is produced in two version: Hunting and Sporting version. Our two hunting versions are called PREMIER M with extractors and PREMIER EM with long-stroke ejectors, and are available in four classic gauges: 12-20-28-410 with dedicated action bodies in ga.12, 20 and 28, while the Sporting version is available in ga.12 and 20 with scaled actions. The PREMIER models are our way to satisfy our customers’ desire for elegant and practical hunting and competition shotgun, in a right relation between quality and price.

Sono particolarmente adatti per la caccia nel bosco a cinghiali e beccacce dove l’Imbracciatura è primaria importanza e condividono la stessa configurazione con mirino in fibra ottica con regolazione millimetrica differenziandosi sugli organi di mira: bindella speciale combi da 12/8 mm con predisposizione montaggio ottica e tacca di mira fissa con inserto di colore giallo per la versione SLUG e bindella superiore Battuta (rampa) con linea centrale rossa e tacca di mira regolabile per la versione BATTUE. Sober but at the same time elegant this products line is the most required by the strong resistance shotgun lovers. These also belong to the SLX 600 family and they distinguish in SLX 600 SLUG and SLX 600 Battue. They are particularly suitable for the boar and woodcock hunting in the wood, where shoulder the shotgun is of primary importance and they share the same configuration with fibber optic sight with millimetre adjustment, differentiating on the sight organs: special rib combi of 12/8 mm with arrangement optic assembly and fixed rear sight with yellow insert for the SLUG version and top rib Battue with red central line for the BATTUE version.

I modelli SLX 692 GOLD sono prodotti con estrattori automatici e monogrillo selettivo dorato, a richiesta possono essere forniti con bigrillo e nei 4 calibri le canne sono già provviste di serie di strozzatori intercambiabili TECHNICHOKE® XP50. Particolare non indifferente è la possibilità, nei modelli calibro 20, di richiedere canne intercambiabili nei calibri 28 e 410.

Presentando la nuova serie di fucili Jubilee, F.A.I.R.® ha voluto restare fedele alla propria ispirazione di creare un fucile sovrapposto dalla linea classica utilizzando la più moderna tecnologia. I fucili della serie Jubilee sono caratterizzati da uno stile elegante e raffinato, con bascule a profilo rialzato, manette d’apertura traforate con corona dorata, nuova forma del calcio a principe di Galles ed asta a becco di civetta, il tutto in noce selezionata di pregevole qualità con zigrini a passo fine e calciolo in legno. Un’accattivante prerogativa di questi nuovi sovrapposti è il progetto esclusivo di 4 differenti configurazioni di bascula in calibro 12-16-20-28, nonché il vanto per F.A.I.R.® d’essere una delle poche società a produrre, in serie un sovrapposto in calibro 16 con bascula appositamente dedicata. I modelli Jubilee e Jubilee XLIGHT® hanno le medesime configurazioni e si differenziano tra loro per il materiale della bascula: Acciaio Cromato per il modello Jubilee, ERGAL 55 (alluminio usato in aereonautica) e finitura nichel per il modello Jubilee XLIGHT®. I calibri disponibili sono per il modello Jubilee calibro 12-16-2028-410, mentre per il modello Jubilee XLIGHT® calibro 12 e 20; sono forniti di serie con strozzatori intercambiabili TECHNICHOKE® XP50 e testati per pallini in acciaio (calibro 12 e 20). I modelli Jubilee e Jubilee XLIGHT® vengono forniti in elegante valigetta termoformata V500SP. Presenting the new Jubilee shotguns line, F.A.I.R.® wished to be loyal to its inspiration of creating a line of overand-under shotguns combining classic design and the most modern technologies. Our Jubilee models are characterized by an elegant and refined style with protruding profile actions, fret-worked top lever, golden crown on the top lever, a new Prince of Wales stock design and owl-beak wood fore-end, selected high-quality walnut with fine-pitch checkering and wood butt plate. An appealing feature of these new over-and-under shotguns is their exclusive construction based on four different action bodies for 12, 16, 20 and 28 ga.: F.A.I.R.® is proud to be one of the very few manufacturers in the world offering a 16 ga. over-and-under shotgun using an action specifically designed for this caliber. The Jubilee and Jubilee XLIGHT® models have the same configurations but differ in the material used for their action: chromed steel for Jubilee, ERGAL 55 (aluminum alloy used in aeronautic applications) with nickel plating for Jubilee XLIGHT®. The Jubilee model is available in 12-16-20-28-410 ga., while for the Jubilee XLIGHT® model in 12 and 20 ga.; they are equipped with TECHNICHOKE® XP50 and steel shotproofed (12 and 20 ga.). The Jubilee and Jubilee XLIGHT® models are delivered in an elegant thermoformed case mod. V500SP. An important note is on the particular presentation of the Jubilee Sporting model produced in ga.28 and 410 for the new generation that is approaching to the shooting world.

E’ possibile perfezionare la perfezione? Il miglior modo di riuscirci è provarci. E’ esattamente quello che abbiamo fatto quando si è trattato di configurare la famiglia di paralleli a canna rigata “Iside Safari”. Il suo processo di sviluppo è partito prima da un’opera di adattamento ad hoc dello schema costruttivo di Iside e, in fase successiva, sono state apportate sostanziali modifiche all’architettura dell’arma nell’ottica di realizzare armi da caccia grossa di eccezionale robustezza senza scendere a compromessi in tema di raffinatezza. Il risultato di tale lavoro è una famiglia d’armi articolata principalmente su tre modelli principali: Iside Safari con bascula incisa e estrattori manuali; Iside Safari EM anch’esso con bascula incisa ma estrattori automatici a grande sviluppo; Iside Safari Prestige con stessa impostazione meccanica e con l’integrazione di cartelle laterali. Le armi della serie Iside Safari si riconoscono per la bascula rinforzata, l’accoppiamento canne in monobloc e per il particolare allestimento delle calciature: un classico è certamente rappresentato dal calcio a pistola di varia morfologia e nelle versioni EM e PRESTIGE con poggia guancia alla bavarese, l’astina è a coda di castoro per favorire una presa agevole. Altra particolarità di queste armi consiste nella predisposizione per l’istallazione di sistemi di mira di tipo telescopico.

ISIDE SAFARI PRESTIGE

Is it possible to improve perfection? The best way to find out is to try. That’s exactly what we did when we set out to develop the “Iside Safari” family of side by side shotguns. The development process began before the ad hoc adaptation of Iside constructive design and, at a later stage, substantial changes in the architecture of the weapon were added in order to make weapons for big game hunting of exceptional strength without compromising F.A.I.R.’s® traditional refinement.

The result of this work is a family of weapons based on three main models: Iside Safari with engraved action and manual extraction; Iside Safari EM with engraved action but long-stroke ejectors and Iside Safari Prestige with the same mechanical design but with the addition of side plates. The weapons of the Iside Safari series are recognizable by the reinforced action, monoblock barrel coupling, and by the particular stock design: a classic represented by the pistol stock design with different shapes and the EM and PRESTIGE versions with Bavarian stock design, and the beavertail wood fore-end for a comfortable grip. Another unique feature of these weapons is that they come ready for the installation of telescopic sights.

ISIDE SAFARI EM

Est-il possible de perfectionner la perfection ? La meilleure manière de réussir est d’essayer.

C’est justement ce qu’on a fait en essayant de configurer la famille de fusils juxtaposés à canons rayés « Iside Safari ». Leur processus de développement a commencé avec une adaptation ad hoc des dispositions constructives d’Iside et, ensuite, on a apporté des modifications substantielles à l’architecture de l’arme afin de réaliser des armes de chasse aux fauves exceptionnellement robustes sans compromettre les détails de raffinement. Le résultat de ce travail est une famille d’armes articulée principalement sur trois modèles principaux: Iside Safari avec bascule gravé et extracteurs manuels ; Iside Safari EM avec bascule gravé mais avec extracteurs automatiques à grand développement et Iside Safari Prestige avec la même configuration mécanique et l’intégration de plaques latérales. Les armes de la série Iside Safari peuvent être reconnues par leur bascule renforcée, l’accouplement de leurs canons en monobloc et l’équipement particulier de leurs crosses: un classique est représenté certainement par la crosse de pistolet de morphologie différente et sur les versions EM et PRESTIGE avec appuie-joue de type bavarois, la tige est en queue de castor pour faciliter la prise. Ces armes se caractérisent aussi par possibilité d’installer des systèmes de visée de type télescopique.

Come è ben noto agli appassionati, la fabbricazione dei fucili Express è ancora oggi molto delicata e in gran parte artigianale ed è per questo motivo che F.A.I.R.® si avvale di tecnici e collaboratori specializzati con una lunga esperienza in armi rigate. I modelli Express SAFARI si differenziano in 4 diverse configurazioni: SAFARI FXW - SAFARI 500 - SAFARI DE LUXE - SAFARI PRESTIGE. Ricavati da bascule calibro 20, i modelli SAFARI racchiudono in sé affidabilità ed eleganza non trascurando la maneggevolezza, raggiungendo pesi di Kg.3 ca. La regolazione di precisione della convergenza della canne nei modelli SAFARI è molto importante e viene eseguita a mano nella nostra galleria di tiro. Le norme di accettazione prevedono 2 colpi per canna in un cerchio di 50 mm di diametro ad una distanza di 50 mt circa. Particolare importante nei modelli SAFARI è la possibilità di avere canne intercambiabili ad anima liscia in calibro 20. Pregevoli finiture spiccano nei modelli DE LUXE e PRESTIGE, sui quali vengono montati di serie calci Extra di tipo bavarese, mentre sul mod. Safari FXW viene montato calcio in noce con finitura FX-WOOD brevetto Optowood.

SAFARI PRESTIGE

As every gun lover knows, the manufacturing process of Express guns is still very delicate, complicated and mostly carried out by hand; this is the reason why F.A.I.R.® employs and contracts specialized technicians and workers with long experience in rifled guns. The Express SAFARI models are available in four different configurations: SAFARI FXW, SAFARI 500, SAFARI DE LUXE, SAFARI PRESTIGE. All are constructed based on 20 ga. action bodies, the SAFARI models are reliable, elegant and easy to handle, thanks to their lightweight of approximately 3 kilos. An accurate barrel shooting convergence is extremely important for all SAFARI models. The barrels are aligned by hand in our shooting tunnel; acceptance testing requires two shots to be fired per each barrel within a diameter of 50 mm, from a distance of approximately 50 meters. An important additional feature of SAFARI models is the optional pair of interchangeable smooth-bore 20 ga. barrels. Comme les passionnés le savent bien, la fabrication des fusils Express est encore aujourd’hui un procédé très délicat et pour la plupart, artisanal ; c’est pour cette raison que F.A.I.R.® collabore avec des techniciens et des professionnels spécialisés ayant une longue expérience de fabrication des armes rayées. Les modèles Express SAFARI sont disponibles en 4 configurations différentes: SAFARI FXW - SAFARI 500 - SAFARI DE LUXE - SAFARI PRESTIGE. Fabriqués avec une bascule calibre 20, les modèles SAFARI offrent fiabilité, élégance et maniabilité, grâce à leur poids d’environ Kg 3. Le réglage de précision de la convergence des canons, très importante pour les modèles SAFARI, est fait à la main dans notre tunnel de tir, par deux coups tirés pour chaque canon dans un cercle de 50 mm de diamètre, à une distance de 50 mètres environ. Un détail important des modèles SAFARI est la possibilité d’avoir des canons interchangeables avec âme lisse en calibre 20. Les modèles SAFARI DE LUXE et PRESTIGE sont enrichis par des finitions de valeur et des crosses d’extra qualité type bavarois, le modèle Safari FXW a une crosse en noyer avec finition type FX-WOOD brevet Optowood.

For over 35 years, F.A.I.R.® has specialized in the production of smooth-bore shotguns, whose excellent quality is appreciated world-wide. Our over-and-under COMBI shotguns are the result of a close and enduring co-operation between our technicians, external consultants and lovers of rifled guns. A very important feature of these models is that each piece is tested for calibration, with two shots fired from a distance of approx. 50 mt within a firing diameter of 50 mm. This line of products includes 4 models with two different action bodies for 12 and 20 ga. and as optional: Stecher trigger and additional steel shot proofed interchangeable smooth-bore barrels (12 and 20 ga.) equipped with TECHNICHOKE® (interchangeable chokes).

Per gli amanti del colpo singolo F.A.I.R.® propone una nuova rivoluzionaria idea di Kipplauf; creati da bascule in calibro 28, i modelli Kipplauf F.A.I.R.® sono il riassunto di un attento studio di progettazione. Essendo ricavati da bascule in calibro 28 nel secondo foro di camera è stato ricavato un alloggio per una seconda cartuccia di scorta.

La configurazione si divide in 2 modelli: K500 e K500 DE LUXE che si differenziano tra loro dal tipo di calcio utilizzato, schiena d’asino per il mod. K500 e bavarese con calciolo di gomma antirinculo per il modello K500 DE LUXE. Le caratteristiche tecniche ed estetiche sono pressoché le medesime tra i 2 modelli, per entrambe il meccanismo di sparo è con sistema stecher e montano calci in noce di qualità selezionate zigrinati a laser passo fine e con finitura a olio lucido. Gli organi di mira sono con mirino in fibra ottica con regolazione millimetrica e tacca di mira stretta con punti in fibra ottica verde; le chiavi d’apertura sono traforate e hanno sulla bindella superiore la predisposizione per l’attacco d’ottica.

K 500 DE LUXE

For lovers of single-barrel shotguns, F.A.I.R.® offers our new, revolutionary Kipplauf model, resulting from a careful process of development and design, worked out of a 28-ga. action. A spare cartridge can be housed in the lower hole of the 28-gauge action.

The K500 line includes two models: K500, with “donkey-back” stock and K500 DE LUXE with Bavarian-style stock and rubber recoil pad. Both versions are fitted with Stecher trigger, selected quality walnut, fine-pitch laser checkering, and polished oil finishing.

Both have an upper rib set for scope mounting, fiber optic front sight with millimeter adjustment, narrow rear sight with green fiber optic dots and fret-worked upper lever.

K 500

Pour les amateurs des fusils à canon unique, F.A.I.R.® propose une idée nouvelle et révolutionnaire de Kipplauf; conçus à partir de bascules en calibre 28, les modèles Kipplauf F.A.I.R.® sont le résultat d’une étude de conception minutieuse. Le trou inférieur de la chambre en calibre 28 peut être utilisé comme logement pour la deuxième cartouche. La configuration inclut 2 modèles : le K500 et le K500 DE LUXE, se différenciant par le type de crosse (type « dos de cochon » pour le modèle K500 et bavarois avec coussinet anti-recul en caoutchouc pour le modèle K500 DE LUXE).

Les caractéristiques techniques et esthétiques sont presque identiques pour les deux modèles: système de détente Stecher, crosses en noyer de qualité sélectionnée avec quadrillages fins au laser et finissage à l’huile brillant. Le système de mire se compose d’un guidon en fibre optique avec réglage millimétrique et cran de mire étroit avec points en fibre optique verte; les clés d’ouverture sont ajourées et la bande supérieure est dotée de trous filetés pour le montage des lunettes.

Le particolarità imposte dalle varie discipline sportive trovano in questo modello la risposta di F.A.I.R.®. Disponibile nelle tre diverse configurazioni Trap, Skeet e Sporting ed in bascule dedicate calibro 12 e 20, i modelli MASTER montano calci in noce selezionata ergonomici con finitura opaca, monogrilli bruniti ed estrattori automatici a grande sviluppo. I perni cerniera, come in tutti i fucili F.A.I.R.®, sono intercambiabili e nei modelli MASTER sono di tipo bombato , le astine in noce sono ergonomiche per una migliore presa, i calcioli sono in gomma antirinculo ed il mirino è in fibra ottica. Vengono forniti di serie con valigetta per il trasporto, modello V500SP ed i modelli Sporting con 5 strozzatori intercambiabili TECHNICHOKE® SPORTING XP70 da 70 mm (2¾”).

I modelli si differenziano per la loro destinazione in: MASTER Trap, MASTER Skeet e MASTER Sporting, mentre le camerature sono di 70 mm (2¾”) per le versioni Trap Skeet e 76 mm (3”) per la versione Sporting.

This product line is the result of F.A.I.R.®’s desire to satisfy the special needs of different shooting disciplines. Our MASTER models, available in Trap, Skeet and Sporting versions with dedicated actions for 12 and 20 ga., are enhanced by ergonomic walnut stocks with matt finishing, burnished single trigger and long-stoke extractors, interchangeable convex hinge pins, ergonomic walnut fore-ends for a better grip, recoil-absorbing rubber butt plates and fiber optic front sight. These guns are all delivered in an elegant case (art. V500SP); Sporting models include 5 interchangeable chokes: TECHNICHOKE® SPORTING XP70 70mm (2 ¾”). MASTER Trap and MASTER Skeet models have a 70mm (2 ¾”) chamber, MASTER Sporting models have a 76 mm (3”) chamber.

SRL 802

Sulla base dei modelli MASTER nasce il modello SRL 802, che ne condivide tutte le medesime caratteristiche tecniche a seconda della configurazione sportiva destinato.

Tre varianti SRL 802 Trap - SRL 802 Skeet e SRL 802 Sporting su due calibri 12 e 20, con bascule dedicate. Il modello SRL 802 si differenzia dal modello MASTER per l’applicazione di cartelle laterali, senza viti, decorate da un’elegante incisione a motivi floreali e dai calci in noce di qualità selezionata con incassato scudetto in ottone per eventuali iniziali. Anche il modello SRL 802 come tutti i modelli tiro è consegnato in un’elegante valigetta in termoformato V500SP, adatta per il trasporto. Le camerature sono le consuete 70 mm-2¾ per le versioni Trap e Skeet e 76 mm-3” per la versione Sporting, la quale è già provvista di strozzatori intercambiabili TECHNICHOKE® SPORTING XP70 da 70mm (2¾”).

SRL 802 TRAP

The SRL 802 evolved from the MASTER model and shares the same technical specifications for the different shooting disciplines: SRL 802 Trap, SRL 802 Skeet and SRL 802 Sporting, in 12 and 20 ga. with dedicated actions. Unlike the MASTER, the SRL 802 model has long side plates without screws, enriched with elegant flower patterns and selected walnut stock with embedded oval for initials. Like all of our competition guns, the SRL 802 is delivered in an elegant thermoformed case (art. V500SP). Chamber sizes are the traditional 70 mm-2 ¾” for Trap and Skeet and 76 mm-3” for Sporting, which is equipped with TECHNICHOKE® SPORTING XP70: 70mm (2 ¾”) interchangeable chokes.

SRL 802 SKEET

Le modèle SRL 802 est né sur la base des modèles MASTER, avec les mêmes caractéristiques techniques pour les différentes configurations sportives, en trois versions : SRL 802 Trap – SRL 802 Skeet et SRL 802 Sporting, en deux calibres (12 et 20) avec bascules différentes. Le modèle SRL 802 se distingue du modèle MASTER par ses faux corps latéraux sans vis, avec une élégante gravure florale et par la crosse en noyer sélectionné avec écusson en laiton pour la gravure des initiales. Manufactured with the highest professional care, CARRERA® shotguns are the result of intensive research and shooting in top-range competitions, for the purpose of designing an appealing gun with excellent performance. Barrels are made of high-resistance materials for the models CARRERA® SPORTING, CARRERA® II, CARRERA® MONOTRAP, the barrels are sand blasted with anti-flare finishing and in “Ported” version to reduce muzzle flip. As in all models, in CARRERA® ones, barrels have the X-CONES® system for recoil damping. Stocks and fore-ends are made of selected walnut with fine-pitch laser checkering. All stocks in SPORT version are adjustable in triple position with XR-STOCK® system (PRO model excluded): height, right and left cast and dip.

CARRERA® HSX has an “Hunting” stock with XR-STOCK®, while the CARRERA® II is set up of a 15 mm top rib, ergonomic stock, with XR-STOCK® system, Montecarlo type. All CARRERA® models are equipped with a fiber optic sight with three interchangeable inserts in three colors (PRO model excluded) and XR-TRIGGER®, offering an adjustable length of over 14 mm and they have a magnum chamber 76mm(3”) and TECHNICHOKE® SPORTING XP70 interchangeable chokes 70mm (2 ¾”).

Réalisés avec les plus grands soins professionnels, les modèles CARRERA® sont le résultat de recherches conduites au cours des compétitions les plus importantes, permettant d’obtenir un fusil très performant et aux lignes agréables. Les canons sont fabriqués avec des matériaux à haute résistance et pour les modèles CARRERA® SPORTING, CARRERA® II, CARRERA® MONOTRAP, les canons sont sablés anti-reflet et en version « Ported » (avec trou d’évent). Comme tous les modèles, en CARRERA® les canons sont avec le système X-CONES®, de la pièce douce raccord cône, pour la réduction du recul. Les crosses et les devants sont en noyer sélectionné avec quadrillage fin au laser; toutes les crosses sont en version SPORT réglables en trois positions grâce au système XR-STOCK® (à l’exclusion du modèle PRO): hauteur, inclinaison et avantage gauche et droit. Le modèle CARRERA® HSX SPORTING équipé de crosse « Hunting » (chasse) avec système XRSTOCK®, tandis que le modèle CARRERA® II est équipé de bande supérieure de mm.15 et crosse ergonomique, avec système XR-STOCK®, de type Montecarlo. Realizzati con la massima professionalità i modelli CARRERA® sono il risultato di ricerche nelle massime competizioni, per ottenere un fucile con una linea accattivante ed alte prestazioni. Le canne sono prodotte con materiale ad alta resistenza e per i modelli CARRERA® SPORTING, CARRERA® II, CARRERA® MONOTRAP, le canne sono sabbiate antiriflesso ed in versione “Ported” (foratura della canna in volata). Come tutti i modelli, nei CARRERA® le canne sono con sistema X-CONES®, cono di raccordo camera dolce, per la riduzione del rinculo. I calci ed aste sono in noce selezionata e zigrinati a laser passo fine; tutti i calci sono in versione SPORT regolabili in triplice posizione con sistema XR-STOCK® (escluso modello PRO): altezza, inclinazione e deviazione destrasinistra. Il modello CARRERA® HSX SPORTING monta calciatura “Hunting” (caccia), con sistema XR-STOCK®, mentre il modello CARRERA® II è predisposto di bindella superiore alta 15 mm, e calciatura ergonomica, con sistema XR-STOCK®, di tipo Montecarlo. Tutte le versioni CARRERA® di serie montano mirino in fibra ottica con triplice inserto intercambiabile in 3 colori (escluso mod.

La chiusura adottata, a tassello di elevate dimensioni su doppio rampone, la cura manuale riposta nelle finiture e la precisa messa a punto costituiscono i migliori attributi che un’arma deve avere per far apprezzare le prestazioni di elevato livello. Le configurazioni sono prodotte tutte con bascule rialzate, siano cal.12 che 20, con una pregevole finitura brunita, dorature, linea di mira centrale (escluso cal.20) su bindella larga superiore “STRADA”, monogrilli dorati regolabili, calcioli in gomma speciale anti-rinculo e strozzatori intercambiabili TECHNICHOKE® SPORTING XP70.

Nelle versioni RACING SPORTING e RACING II SPORTING i calci ergonomici montano il sistema di regolazione XR-STOCK® ed hanno finitura a olio con sistema FX-WOOD brevettato OPTOWOOD. I Modelli RACING II SPORTING a loro volta hanno calciatura ergonomica di tipo Montecarlo e bindella Superiore alta da 15 mm, mentre il modello RACING H14 monta una bindella larga da 14mm con mirino doppio in Fibra Ottica. Vengono forniti di serie con valigetta per il trasporto modello V500L (V500SP-H per il modello RACING II SPORTING).

Special steels and exclusive mechanics are the strong points of F.A.I.R.® RACING shotguns. The solid locking system, large lug, careful hand-finishing and extremely accurate set-up are the finest features a shotgun should have to assure top-quality performances. The configurations are all produced with protruding action profile in both ga.12 and ga.20, with attractive burnishing and gilt decorations, central aiming line (ga.20 excluded) on a STRADA-type large top rib, gold adjustable single trigger, special anti - muzzle rubber recoil-pad and interchangeable chokes: TECHNICHOKE® SPORTING XP70. In RACING SPORTING and RACING II SPORTING versions the ergonomic stock has the XR-STOCK® adjustment system and they have oil finishing with FX-WOOD system (OPTOWOOD patented). The RACING II SPORTING models have ergonomic Montecarlo stocks and 15 mm top rib, while the RACING H14 model presents a 14 mm large rib with double fiber optic sight. These guns are delivered in an elegant case mod.V500L (mod.V500SP-H for the RACING II SPORTING model).

These extremely elegant, yet excellent-value shotguns have been designed for lovers of beauty. Hand-made by master gunsmiths, these high-performance, functional, yet refined shotguns bear all the distinctive features of Italian gun-making expertise. These wonderful shotguns can be fully customized, from special engravings to particular stock casts, shapes or dimensions and different barrel lengths. The receivers, with their hand-finished engravings, have proportionately sized according to the different gauges, in order to meet specific ballistic and mechanic requirements, and achieve a perfect balance. This new luxury line includes two models: the JUBILEE 900-902, with beautiful engravings of hunting scenes on a slenderprofile action and PATHOS, with hand-made inlays on a classic, rounded, bright black action and PATHOS XLIGHT® with Ergal action.

Il piacere di possedere un’arma ricercata e pregevole nelle esecuzioni è l’obiettivo con il quale la F.A.I.R.® ha ideato la gamma di fucili sovrapposti di lusso. Minuziosa cura nelle operazioni, eseguite dalle abili mani di pratici maestri armaioli, garantiscono il livello di queste armi che costituiscono un punto di orgoglio per il costruttore. I modelli disponibili sono due, il classico JUBILEE 900 e la versione caccia con cartelle laterali JUBILEE 902. I fucili di lusso F.A.I.R.® sono disponibili, con bascule dedicate in calibro 12, 16, 20, 28,410 (calibro 410 su bascula calibro 28) e su ordinazione, possono essere eseguite finiture personalizzate. Entrambe le versioni sono presentate con calcio inglese in noce super selezionata con zigrini eseguiti a passo fine e ponticello lungo con finitura dei legni a olio super lucido. Le incisioni sono eseguite a laser e vengono poi riprese e finite a mano. Il modello JUBILEE 902 si differenzia dal modello JUBILEE 900 per le cartelle laterali a profilo allungato senza viti che accolgono con maggior superficie le incisioni che, dai tradizionali motivi venatori, possono giungere a ricomprendere artistici soggetti figurati di grande effetto.

Come in tutte le versioni JUBILEE, anche nelle versioni lusso, la bascula si caratterizza per il grazioso profilo rialzato ed i perni cerniera bombati ed intercambiabili. Vengono forniti di serie in elegante valigetta in ABS per il trasporto (modello V500L).

F.A.I.R.® designed its range of over-and-under luxury shotguns to offer our clients the pleasure of owning a valuable and refined gun. Our master gunsmiths’ care and skill make these guns the pride of our company. Two models are available: the classic JUBILEE 900 and the JUBILEE 902 hunting version, with side plates. These guns are available in 12, 16, 20, 28 and 410 ga., with actions specifically-designed for each gauge (except 410 ga., made on a 28 ga. action). Customized finishing is available on request. Both models have selected English walnut stocks, fine-pitch checkering, polished oil finishing and long trigger guard. Laser engravings are hand finished.

The JUBILEE 902 model features long profile side plates without screws, offering a large surface for engraving: engraved subjects range from traditional hunting scenes to artistic decorative features of great effect. Like all JUBILEE versions, the frame of these two luxury models has a protruding profile and interchangeable convex hinge pins. These guns are delivered with an elegant ABS case (mod. V500L).

F.A.I.R.® a conçu cette gamme de fusils superposés de luxe pour satisfaire le désir de sa clientèle de posséder une arme prestigieuse et recherchée. Le soin minutieux et l’habilité de nos maîtres armuriers sont une garantie du niveau de qualité de ces armes, qui font l’orgueil de notre maison.

On peut choisir entre deux modèles: le classique JUBILEE 900 et la version chasse avec faux corps latéraux JUBILEE 902. Les fusils de luxe F.A.I.R.® sont disponibles en calibre 12, 16, 20, 28, 410, (le calibre 410 utilise la même bascule que le 28) et sur demande, avec des finitions personnalisées.

Les deux versions présentent une crosse anglaise en noyer super sélectionné avec quadrillages fins finis à la main, finition à l’huile extra-brillant et pontet long. Les gravures sont faites à laser et finis à-la-main. Le modèle JUBILEE 902 se différencie par les faux corps au profil allongé sans vis, offrant une plus grande surface à engraver; les sujets des gravures peuvent être des scènes de chasse traditionnelles aussi bien que des sujets figuratifs à grand effet. Comme pour toutes les versions JUBILEE, la bascule est caractérisée par un joli profil en relief et les tourillons bombés et interchangeables. Ces fusils sont livrés dans leur mallette en ABS, modèle V500L, idéale pour le transport.

Il modello PATHOS, nome derivante dal greco il cui significato è “passione”, che ben si attribuisce ad un modello pensato per soddisfare le alte esigenze degli amanti della caccia intesa come passione sportiva. Prodotti nei 5 calibri classici: 12 - 16 -20 - 28 e 410 (escluso il cal.16 nella versione XLIGHT®). Sono fabbricati in bascule dedicate (ad eccezione del cal.410) e si distinguono in 2 varianti: PATHOS con incisioni con riporti in oro puro eseguito a mano, legni in noce super selezionato con zigrini eseguiti a passo fine e finitura ad olio super lucido, bascula nera brillante, bindella superiore classica piena, legni arrotondati senza spigoli, calciolo in legno e PATHOS XLIGHT® con bascula in alluminio (Ergal 55), nichelata ed incisioni eseguite a laser a triplice profondità con soggetti dorati.

Non va dimenticato il design della bascula completamente arrotondata e terminata a mano che dà un tocco di tradizione ormai perduta nella grande storia dell’arte armaiola Valtrumplina. Viene fornito di serie in elegante valigetta in ABS per il trasporto (Modello PATHOS imballato in V500L – Modello PATHOS XLIGHT® imballato in V500SP).

PATHOS is a Greek word meaning “passion”; a name perfectly suited to this model, which is designed to satisfy the high needs of the hunting lovers intended as passion for hunting. Produecd in 5 classic gauges 12 - 16 – 20 – 28 and 410 (ga.16 excluded in XLIGHT® version). Produced in dedicated action bodies (except 410ga.) and they distinguish in 2 variations: PATHOS with real gold-plated hand-made engravings, selected quality walnut with fine-pitch checkering and extra-glossy oil finishing, bright black action, classic solid top rib, rounded-edge stock and fore-end, wood butt plate and PATHOS XLIGHT® with nickel – plated aluminium action body (Ergal 55), laser at triple depth engravings with gold subjects. The frame’s rounded, hand-finished design provides a touch of the ancient tradition of Val Trompia’s master gunsmiths. PATHOS is delivered in an elegant ABS case (PATHOS model packed in V500L - PATHOS XLIGHT® packed in V500SP).

Le strozzature variabili TECHNICHOKE® si collocano come lo strumento ideale per le diverse tipologie di situazioni, che si impongono al cacciatore nel periodo venatorio, mentre per i tiratori l’utilizzo dei TECHNICHOKE® oltre ad essere assai diffuso diviene sempre più una necessità imprescindibile. In questo senso, la proposta F.A.I.R.®, si colloca come una scelta d’avanguardia, proponendo strozzatori intercambiabili TECHNICHOKE® in calibro 12 - 16 20 - 28 e .410, prodotti in acciaio legato allo stato crudo con resistenza R85100. Si differenziano in 3 tipologie: HUNTING XP50, SPORTING XP70, IN/OUT XP100 e mentre nelle versioni IN/OUT XP100 il trattamento superficiale è di brunitura per una migliore mimetizzazione, le versioni HUNTING XP50 e SPORTING XP70 sono sottoposte al trattamento, interno ed esterno, di nichelatura superficiale, che dona allo strozzatore “TC” un’elevata resistenza in nebbia salina. Il rivestimento di nichelatura, oltre ad aumentare la resistenza alla corrosione, rende lo strozzatore “TC” particolarmente lucido, dona uniformità di colore e soprattutto aumenta la durezza superficiale (500/550 HV).

Lo strozzatore F.A.I.R.® TECHNICHOKE® viene realizzato da più di 35 anni, sempre con la stessa tipologia di materiale, adatto anche per pallini d’acciaio e già dalle versioni standard HUNTING XP50 la geometria interna è stata studiata appositamente per un miglior passaggio dei pallini, una migliore penetrazione ed un minor attrito sulle pareti.

Le lunghezze sono diverse a seconda del modello, 50MM nei modelli XP50, 70MM nei modelli XP70 e 100MM nei modelli XP100 prediligendo, al contrario della moda e della concorrenza, un’unica sede d’alloggio nella canna permettendo all’utilizzatore finale d’avere una gamma di strozzatori di varie lunghezze con più di 18 parametri di strozzatura, evitando così, l’indebolimento della canna nella parte della strozzatura inserendo strozzatori di lunghezza superiore con rese balistiche inferiori. Lo strozzatore TECHNICHOKE® durante la fase di fabbricazione viene sottoposto al controllo qualità “IN PROCESS” rispettando lo standard AQL 0,4. Gli strozzatori TECHNICHOKE® sono disponibili su tutti i modelli, sia in calibro 12 16 - 20 - 28 che in calibro 410 ed il set completo comprende a seconda dei modelli, la chiave per il montaggio/smontaggio, 2 TECHNICHOKE® montati in canna e 1, 3 o 5 strozzatori in opzione in scatola.

TECHNICHOKE® interchangeable chokes are a vital tool to adapt to the different situations hunters face during the season. For competition shooters, the use of TECHNICHOKE® is becoming more and more of a “must”. For this reason, F.A.I.R.® has decided to offer these advanced interchangeable chokes in 12 - 16 - 20 - 28 - 410 ga. made of crude-alloyed steel with R85100 resistance. Three versions are available: HUNTING XP50, SPORTING XP70 and IN/OUT XP100. IN/OUT XP100 chokes are surface burnished for a better camouflage; HUNTING XP50 and SPORTING XP70 are nickel-plated (internally and externally), which gives the TC choke an improved capability to withstand salt mist exposure. In addition to improving corrosion resistance, nickel plating makes the “TC” choke extremely bright, with an even surface and increases surface hardness (500/550 HV). F.A.I.R.® TECHNICHOKE® have been produced with the same type of material for over 35 years, are steel shot proofed and their internal shape has been specially designed to ease the flow of shots, improve penetration and reduce internal friction. These chokes have different lengths: XP50 chokes are 50 mm long, XP70 chokes are 70 mm long and XP100 chokes are 100 mm long. Unlike our competitors, we preferred to design one single housing in the barrel, so that our shotgun user may avail of a full range of chokes of different lengths with over 18 choking parameters. At the same time, inserting longer chokes with lower ballistic yield also prevents barrel weakening. During the manufacturing

process, our TECHNICHOKE® are subject to several “IN PROCESS” quality controls in compliance with AQL 0.4 standard. TECHNICHOKE® are available for all models in 12 - 16 - 20 - 28 and 410 ga.; the full set includes the assembling/disassembling key, 2 TECHNICHOKE® inside the barrel and depending on the different models of shotgun, 1, 3 or 5 optional chokes in a separate box.

Les chokes interchangeables TECHNICHOKE® constituent un outil idéal pour faire face aux situations de chasse les plus différentes; chez les tireurs, l’emploi des TECHNICHOKE® est désormais très répandu, en devenant un besoin auquel on peut pas renoncer. Pour ces raisons, F.A.I.R.® a fait un choix d’avant-garde, en offrant ses chokes interchangeables TECHNICHOKE® calibre 12 - 16 - 20 - 28 - 410, en acier allié cru avec résistance R85100. Les chokes sont disponibles en 3 versions: HUNTING XP50, SPORTING XP70 et IN/OUT XP100.
