Department of Biotechnology Ministry of Science & Technology Government of India Bharat Immunologicals & Biologicals Corporation Limited (BIBCOL), a Central PSU, under the administrative control of Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions. Presently, the positions are on contract for two years, however, the selected candidates shall have opportunity for absorption in the company on regular scales depending upon the performance and progress of project. 01 Post graduation 12 to 15 years in manufacturing wherein 4 Suit Manager in life sciences years spent in managing vaccine or engineering manufacturing operations. Candidate should be well versed with conceptualization, designing, P&ID and process flow diagram of unit operations of vaccine manufacturing, national regulatory requirement for cGMP and decontamination procedures, Experience in scale-up of upstream and downstream operation up to 1000L of scale, Must have hands on experience with fermenters, TFF and sterile operations, knowledge on process sequences such as CIP, SIP, PHT, Media hold, APS, aseptic intermediate transfer, buffer supply strategy and decontamination procedure, and knowledge on QMS system 2.

Supervisor (washing, autoclave and media preparation)

Graduation or post-graduation in life sciences or engineering

Not less than 5 years in manufacturing wherein 2 years spent in shift in-charge for vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should have experience in media & buffer preparation, autoclave preparation and managing a team for the same. Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

Not less than 5 years in manufacturing wherein 2 years spent in shift in-charge for vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should have experience in fermentation, harvest, decontamination, aseptic operation, microbiology techniques and managing a team for the same. Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

01 Graduation or Not less than 5 years in manufacturing Supervisor (Downstream post-graduation wherein 2 years spent in shift in-charge for process) in life sciences vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate or engineering should have experience in TFF, centrifugation, decontamination, aseptic operation, in-process control test and managing a team for the same.

Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

Remuneration: (i) for position mentioned at S. No.1: Rs. 120000/- per month. (ii) for position mentioned at S. No.2 - 4: Rs. 65000/- per month.

Graduation or post-graduation in life sciences or engineering

The remuneration shall be based on C T C. Note: Higher remuneration can be considered for deserving candidtes.
