(g) School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the school/ College Principal / Headmaster where the candidate last studied. (h) Character certificate. Character Certificate with photograph issued by village/ Sarpanch/ Muncipal Corporation within last six months. (j) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/ Muncipal Corporation within last six months. (k) Relationship Certificate. SOS/SOEX/SOW/SOWW candidates are required to produce the following documents:(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/ stamp is endorsed.

(ii) A declaration to the affect as mentioned in Affidavit on Ten Rupees NonJudicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class/ Executive/ Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit is att as per Appendix A. (iii) Original Discharge book of EX-Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it. (l) Sports Certificate. Sports Certificate issued by authorized sports federations are valid for two years from the issue date as on first day of the Recruitment Rally, for which the candidate is being screened (Sports certificates should be with registration number & gradation certificate of verification). For list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website. The level of participation, positions and authorized sports federations for issue of ibid certificates are as follows:S No Level Authorised Sports Federation for issue of Sports Certificate (i) Represented India at the International level Accredited Sports Federation of India of respective sport that has fielded the individual/ team to represent India. (ii) Represented State at the Senior/ Junior national National Sports Federation level and have won any medal in individual event of the respective sports as or have reached upto eighth position in Team recognized by the Ministry event. of Youth Affairs & Sports (iii) (aa) Represented College/ University in Inter Inter University Sports University Championship and have won any Board
