Government of India Ministry of Science & Technology Department of Biotechnology Bharat Immunologicals & Biologicals Corporation Limited (BIBCOL), a Central PSU, under the administrative control of Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, invites application from eligible candidates for various positions. Candidate should have experience in media & buffer preparation, autoclave preparation and managing a team for the same. Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

Graduation or post-graduation in life sciences or engineering

12 to 15 years in manufacturing wherein 4 years spent in managing vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should be well versed with conceptualization, designing, P&ID and process flow diagram of unit operations of vaccine manufacturing, national regulatory requirement for cGMP and decontamination procedures, Experience in scale-up of upstream and downstream operation up to 1000L of scale, Must have hands on experience with fermenters, TFF and sterile operations, knowledge on process sequences such as CIP, SIP, PHT, Media hold, APS, aseptic intermediate transfer, buffer supply strategy and decontamination procedure, and knowledge on QMS system

Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

8 to 10 years in manufacturing wherein 2 years spent in shift in-charge for vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should have experience in TFF, centrifugation, decontamination, aseptic operation, in-process control test and managing a team for the same.

Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

1-3 years’ experience in microbiology assays to support IPC and Release microbiology assays 1-3 years’ experience to support IPC and Release biochemistry and chemistry assays

1-3 years’ experience in running immunoassays, demonstrated experience with ELISA preferred

Pay for position mentioned at S. No.1: Rs. 120000/- per month consolidated Pay for position mentioned at S. No.2 - 4: Rs. 65000/- per month consolidated Pay for position mentioned at S. No.5 -7: Rs. 42500/- per month consolidated The eligible candidates can apply on prescribed format.
